KEENs are the best
My rough and tumble toddler loves his Keens. They are puddle stomping proof and warm. They are also very easy to put on. They have very sturdy and grippy soles. They have held up so well they will be passed on to my younger son next.

Footwear- yes. Winter boots- no.
Having duck feet, I love the fit of Keen shoes. I wear a women's 7 1/2 - 8 and often buy the kid/youth shoes sized 5 1/2 or 6. I was worried, after reading reviews of these shoes running small, that the 6 wouldn't fit. Well, my big toe certainly went right up against the front of the shoe, but after one day's wear, the leather stretched and softened and the fit feels perfect. I've not yet worn them in freezing temperatures, but I have to say.....I can't imagine they will qualify as a winter boot- there is hardly any insulation to speak of and the bit of shearling ringing the top of the boot, which isn't high enough to be worn in snow, isn't going to add any warmth or protection from snow. For a casual shoe they're great. If any of my kindergarten students came in with them with the intention of wearing them during a freezing, snowy recess- I'd send a note home requesting real winter boots to be sent in. UPDATE: These are not winter boots! In my mind, "winter boots" infers warmth and protection from snow. These provide neither. I love them as an indoor daily wear shoe, but when planning to be active outside I reach for truly winterized boots. Today's temperature is 5 degrees (Adirondack Mountains, NYS) and before I got to my car my feet were freezing and snow had already infiltrated my ankles. Please do not use these shoes as protective winter wear on your children.

These shoes are amazing quality! You definitely get what you pay for; they are worth the investment. I have three boys and they are all very hard on shoes and go through them like crazy (we have tried so many different name brands and off brands; seriously soooo many). These have held up amazing after two months of DAILY use both at school and home and not a single sign of wear anywhere on the toes (which is the first place my kids wear holes in their shoes and my biggest concern). I got these for my 6 year old who is by far the worst at wearing holes in the toes of his shoes, and after only a couple weeks of owning a new pair he has holes in the toes or the rubber is completely worn down and he is pretty darn close to getting one. My kids normally wear sneakers 24/7 but I got these boots to try first since it was cold here, and a friend recommended them, to see how they held up. Honestly, this is probably the first pair of shoes since the baby stages that I’ll actually be able to pass down shoes and reuse then for younger brother in a couple years - which is a big deal! I will for sure be getting him a pair of sneakers for the spring and probably another pair for my 3 year old.

Great winter shoe for littles
These have been my go to walking baby/toddler winter shoe for years. They are amazing for being outside playing, hiking, or adventuring. They are especially good for new walkers who need a hardy shoe, but aren’t super sturdy yet on their feet. The outside is easy to clean, and they keep their feet dry in rain, ice, and snow. They also keep their feet super warm. They are easy to get on and off. If they aren’t easy to get on your child’s foot then they need to size up. One of my kids went through 3 sizes in one winter. Definitely worth the money investment compared to other toddler winter shoes.

Best everyday hiking/snow boot for fall/winter/spring
Second year buying these boots. With limited snow last winter these were my 2yo (now 3yo) go to shoes in the winter. Hiking in the fall, winter and spring. Walking/playing in snow. Rain. Obviously they aren't ideal snow boots since they are low, but they were more comfortable than snow boots so he preferred them and they kept his feet dry enough for 1-2 hours of outside play. He lived in them last winter so we bought the same pair again this year. Last year he was wearing a size 6 shoe so after reading reviews I bought him a size 8 in these. The were a bit big in the fall but lasted through the spring. This fall he was a 7 in other shoes so I bought a size 10 and they fit him big in the fall but don't fall off.

Schade, der Schuh sieht super aus und hat eine gute Qualität (Leder). Doch es passt nur schmale Kinderfüße durch die Öffnung. Mit etwas dickerem Fuß kommt man gar nicht richtig rein.

かっこいいです
キーンの靴はすこし小さめにできてるような気がします。ブーツになれば、中に厚手の靴下も履きますし、やや大きめで買ってみるほうがいいかもしれない。 キーンのブーツはかっこいいです。
