Good glass, but not quite worthy of 5 stars
I bought these because I had such a great experience with the Baby Banz. They work better than anything you can find in a store, but I have two minor gripes with the Kid Banz (which is why these glasses get 4 stars instead of 5). 1.) The glasses fit so snug around the eyes that they can almost be considered crappy goggles, not sun glasses. Because of this design, the area around the eyes cannot breathe so lots of sweat and condensation accumulates inside the lenses. They need to be redesigned so that the area around the eyes can breathe. The Baby Banz have the same design, but less sweat accumulates because infants are not active whereas toddlers wearing the Kid Banz are. 2.) The frames/lenses are too small. The strap on the Kid Banz is way better than the strap on the Baby Banz. By this I mean there is plenty of play in the strap so as the kid grows, the strap can be enlarged to accommodate a larger head. However, this is of no help because the frame/lenses are so small. It looks like the strap could last a kid 2-3+ years, but that will not happen because the kid will outgrow the small frame/lenses before then. Despite these issues, the Baby Banz and Kid Banz are the best glasses on the market. And believe me, I have searched high and low for good glasses. I hope that this company will expand their line with different styles and designs, and even make glasses for kids older than infants and toddlers.

These are shady
Honestly, I thought the idea was perfect, but after buying a pair I realized it depends on if your child is actually willing to wear sunglasses. If so, just get several pair of the cheap ones that fit his head/face, you'll be better off. I would have returned them, but we wanted to give them the ole college try, we should have sent them back. The strap on these glasses doesn't really hold them on as well as described, you have to cinch them down tight which leaves a mark on the face after a while or accept the fact that you'll be putting them back on every 3-5 seconds. The neoprene band only has one small thin area of velcro to tighten so if your kid doesn't have a head shaped like the factory test mannequin, it won't fit right. If you want to know how these will fit , get a pair of sunglass noodles and tear the arms off your sunglasses and see how well they fit. The real problem is that in order to fit well, the band has to be across the largest part of the head, with any head movement the band slips off and is now too loose to stay on the head. There's a reason why therse are not available in stores, they'd get more returns that sales. You will probably not have your child in direct sunlight or reflected sunlight long enough to need these.

Polarized lenses, sizing of strap may be an issue for some
I selected the Kids Banz as opposed to Baby Banz because of the issues cited by other reviewers for the Baby Bands (being that the strap is not sufficient and the child quickly grows out of them), so we had excess strap because we bought larger than what she can fit into now. The product is well made, and they will stay on her. However, she is not happy having something on her face or over her eyes, so we're relying on wide brimmed hats until she can be interested in wearing these. I think they are a smart purchase since polarized lenses provide for protection by reducing glare that regular lenses don't.

A necessity
I've worked as a licensed professional in optics for 10 years and recommend Baby/Kid bands to all the parents I've worked with. Not only do they come with impact resistant, light weight polycarbonate lenses, but they have a soft silicone bridge- perfect for children with developing noses! I usually opt for the polarized lenses bc they cut glare and are excellent for wearing when swimming or just out on the water. My son got his first pair at 6 months old and now that he is 18 months I've purchased the larger size (Kids Banz) which have a larger eye size and "B measurement". I can't say enough good things about this product! Remember, most UV damage is done before your child reaches 18-20 years old, so make sure you protect their eyes!

Cute and functional but a little big!
We really like these but they are still a little big for our 8 month old daughter. They rotate around her face, which doesn't seem to bother her too much. She tolerates wearing them fine and doesn't try to pull them off. They seem very durable and with the Velcro strap it seems unlikely that they'll fall off and get lost.

Great fit for our 3 year old
We purchased these for our three year old who won't go anywhere without sunglasses. They came in handy on our beach vacation when we were in and out of the water and sun all day. They stay secure, work great and fit him well. A child much older than 3, they may not fit.

Love these sunglasses
Love these sunglasses!! The size of the lense is larger then what else I have found for babies. They are a good fit and I think the quality is great. My only complaint would be the band isn't adjustable enough for a baby. My daughter is 11 months old and the band doesn't fit tight enough. We did some of our own adjusting with the Velcro and they fit perfect. Plus the Velcro could be better, bigger. I would recommend these to anyone.

Disappointed
These are good quality but not adjustable what so ever, so unfortunately I have to wait until they fit my child.

adorable
super correcte! Je les ai même essayé! je dirais que cet achat de Baby Banz sont suffisament grand pour durer passer l'âge de 36 mois.
