cheap faucet

I'm not impressed by this faucet, it works that is why I gave it 2 stars. First the copper tubing lines for the cold and hot are 3 millimeter smaller in diameter resulting in only 1/3 water volume coming out of aerator, but that is probably due to the faucet meeting government flow standards. Second it's put together real cheap, the aerator moves around and all the plumbing underneath is held in with phillips washer head screws.In the older days the copper tubing would have been soldered solid to the faucet body. Under the faucet is a cheap piece of plastic that I had to rework so it fits properly to cover the copper lines. But it's the only faucet I could find that has the classic faucet look. I didn't want something that looked like it came from the roaring 20's barber shop or a rustic farm house out door water pump or even a futuristic modern faucet that you see on a space station or the spaceship Enterprise. What happened to all the regular, simple and classic faucets they use to make? With good quality behind them. I was told by a sales person they are all like that now a days. I had bought 2 brand name faucets back in the early 80's and still work lets see how long this one lasts.
