Beautiful high quality brass finish

Beautiful faucet and the flow is incredible. I did have to have the contractor get an extender as the tub we have would not allow it to be close enough to flow right so we got a longer pipe but it still looks great and works so well.

No customer service!

The media could not be loaded. Very well built and installation went without any issues. The problem was when I turned on the faucets the water only flowed from the left and right sides of the waterfall spout. I have good water pressure. I called Kingston Brass’s customer service and left two messages to call me. A month had passed and no call from Kingston Brass. I can take a thin card and slide it through the waterfall spout and the water flows all the way across as it should. I turn off the water and wait a few minutes and then turn it back on. Again the water only flows from the sides. It would be nice to talk to someone as to why this is happening!
