Nice quality but....

For the most part this faucet seems to be very well built my only complaint the aerator that they use doesn't produce a soft flow and when you wash dishes the water splashes everywhere. Otherwise a well built faucet

Better than Moen or other high end faucets

This is a great faucet. My Kohler faucet was broken during the replacement of a new back splash. I looked for days before ordering this one. It's Beautiful. It didn't come with a soap dispenser, so I ordered one as well. It's stunning. You won't be disappointed. It looks very, very expensive and high end. I really love it.

Do not purchase! At one month seeing the faulty craftsmanship

Do not purchase! bought this faucet & had it installed by a Master Plumber on July 5th, 2022! I had to have the plumber come back out this week to evaluate why the faucet portion is loose & sliding around. He set that unfortunately because Kingston only supplies a “hard plastic” screw on nut to tighten the faucet/spout underneath the counter top I will continue to have this issue. Evidently every time you move the faucet/spout from side to side it basically unscrews itself. 10 yr warranty line is a joke! Basically if you do purchase this faucet you will need to purchase your own 1/2” brass locknut to replace #18 in the product diagram to get the movement to stop. This was the Kingston warranty reps recommendation. So obviously they k ow about this issue but still sell with the cheap plastic part for installation. You definitely get what you pay for???? Also as a side note as others have pointed out & I can sadly confirm - side sprayer water pressure is a joke! Started out “ok” but quickly went down from there! If you’re used to a string water flow from the sprayer you will not be happy with this at all.

Love this faucet set

I love this faucet set. It is beautiful and so well made. It just gives my kitchen a happy look. I am totally happy. KB has quality products don't be afraid to give them a try and I'm a very fussy person. Maybe even a tad OCD :-)

love the look of it

The faucet is just right for the decor of my farm house. Th only thing is that the water spray squirter is very heavy and when hot water runs through it is very hot to the touch. Otherwise it was easy to install.

Leaky sprayer and dirty aerator

My plumber just installed the faucet (after some effort since the faucet wasn't designed for granite counters) and the sprayer is leaking a lot (even after tightening it) whenever the water is on. Also the aerator was full of particle debris that made the waterflow go to a trickle. Very dissapointed with this product. See attached pictures to see flaws. An update. I called their customer service (always keep the manuals) and emailed the rep.pictures and a video of the sprayer leaking. Two days later, I got a replacement sprayer and this time it works, no leaking. Now I'm pleased. I hope the faucet works flawlessly for many years to come. By the way, the faucet comes with a 10-yr warranty.

Kingston is a good brand.

Even my plumber said so. It wasn't easy to find the 3-hole combination replacement. Looks so good with my counter top. Would buy again.
