Light touch operation

Good quality item. Only a light touch is needed to dispense soap. No "pumping" to get the soap out.

Just OK for me. Nothing Special

Pump very wobbly in the pump body. No gasket. Price point should at the very least include the gasket and have a better fit in the stationary housing. Just OK. Don't see it lasting very long.

very attractive

the dispensers are high quality and very attractive but beware if you have thick quality granite counters as they are not long enough to install. the description does not indicate what thickness they will fit meaning extensions needed to be ordered from Kingston Brass. They are a bit cocky to deal with.

A great dispenser for a great price that performs every time. No priming.

Fabulous soap dispenser. Solid brass construction. Most of all it pumps full strokes right from the first. Unlike others we've returned that you had to pump several times to prime..

Look great and feel really hefty

Ordered 2 of these, Look great and feel really hefty, So disappointed....neither one will pump any soap at all. Have tried everything to get them primed or whatever they need but still won't pump a drop. Worst purchase I have ever made!

This appears to be of good quality, it should hold up for a good long time. The chrome is also of good quality.
