Received a defective item
I installed the new shower/faucet set up and the cold water knob doesn’t work correctly. Water won’t shut off and stays running. I tried contacting the company by phone and was told I had to email them to submit a warranty claim even though the item was brand new. It took 2 days to get a response. Here is the response I got. Hello, Thank you for providing us with that information. We’re sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your faucet. I have your claim submitted to our warranty manager. The review process is typically 24 - 48 business hours, and if approved, replacement should ship out within 1-7 days after - depending on the Ground carrier and your area. If you have any other questions or concerns please don't hesitate to reach back out! At this point I am very frustrated with this response because I received a defective product and I have to wait to see if I’m “approved” for them to even send me any replacement parts! They offer a 10 year warranty that they may not even honor when I didn’t even get to use it for 1 day. It doesn’t look like they stand by the quality of there products by the response I received. I don’t understand why customer service on the phone couldn’t help me with this issue with it being a brand new product. I would recommend you to look elsewhere when buying a new faucet/ shower system.

Not a fan!
Positive- Very well made. Negatives- The handles are very small. Also, if you are someone who likes shower pressure, this is definitely not the shower head for you!

Beautiful but sent without parts
Do NOT purchase this product used. It’s beautiful but was missing parts and was very expensive to have installed

It’s was absolutely beautiful!!
Unfortunately I had to return this set. I was just trying to replace the hardware in an existing shower and the handles wouldn’t fit. I was very upset about it because I LOVE the look of this set!
