Adapters required for standard IPS supply lines
As others have mentioned, it's a nice faucet (though there's absolutely zero chance that I'd pay the $440 MSRP listed on Kingston's website) but it's not compatible out of the box with standard 1/2" IPS supply lines. Having not taken the time to read the reviews beforehand (oof), I called Kingston Brass to make sure I wasn't missing a part and they confirmed that it's only intended for use with 3/4 NPSM pipes that Kingston sells for around $110+ (which in my situation wouldn't have worked regardless). The rep recommended returning the faucet and getting a different version with risers that connect directly to IPS water supply lines, but at $450 - $550 that was going to be a hard pass for me. One reviewer was able to use PEX with a couple of adapters / reducers but I didn't have the PEX or the crimping tool (or any of the other related parts) and the IPS supply lines were already installed so instead I ended up spending way too much time learning the ins and outs of various pipe connection types and their corresponding acronyms (NPSM, NPT, IPS, MIP, FIP, GHT, etc) and eventually found a working combo for those that would rather take the adapter route. While others may exist, my particular combo consisted of: - 2 x Eaton Weatherhead 9255X12X12 Carbon Steel Fitting, Swivel, Adapter, 3/4" NPSM Female x 3/4" NPT Female (currently available on Amazon for a ridiculous $22 a piece from a third party seller but I was able to find them for cheaper on a popular auction site at 3 for $16). It looks like other manufacturers make an identical adapter if you have trouble finding this particular make and model or if the markup is crazy. - 2 x JoyTube Reducing Hex Nipple, 3/4" x 1/2" Male NPT Threaded Reducing Nipple Fitting, 304 Stainless Steel Pipe Fitting (available on Amazon as a 2 pack for $12.99) You'll also need a roll of thread seal tape and bottle of Rectorseal 25790 1-3/4-Ounce Tube No.5 Pipe Thread Sealant ($3.99 on Amazon). NPT (National Pipe Tapered) connections require the use of a sealant for a leak-proof connection and I found that the tape itself wasn't sufficient for the connection between the Eaton Weatherhead adapter and the reducing hex nipple on the 3/4 side. Following a video on YouTube, I applied a small amount of the thread sealant to the first 1/4" of the male side of the hex nipple then wrapped it with tape before connecting it to the Eaton adapter. It's possible that the Rectorseal itself would be enough, but the guy in the video recommended using both so I took his advice and did the same. For the 1/2 female IPS water supply line to the 1/2 male NPT side of the nipple - the tape alone did the trick. It's worth mentioning that some sources indicated NPT and IPS as being incompatible due to small differences in OD (outer diameter) measurements but based on charts listing the OD and TPI (threads per inch) of the two types, they conveniently happen to converge at an OD of .84" for 1/2" connections. For the NPSM end of the Weatherhead adapter (the side that connects to the tub risers), I used tape only and had to tighten it with a decent amount of torque in order to get a good seal. It has a groove that looks like it's intended to be used with an o ring but it wasn't included and appears to be unnecessary once the connection is tightened adequately. Hope that helps.

Great High GPM Faucet - Get the correct supply lines!
This is a great high GPM Faucet for deck mounting on a free standing tub, it fills quickly and the handheld wand makes cleaning it a breeze. HOWEVER do yourself a favor and just order the supply lines from Kingston Brass, they do not tell you this but you cannot connect this to standard supply lines without adapting it, you will make several trips to the hardware store before you finally cobble together the correct pieces even if you read the other reviews providing a list of what you need. What I pay for asking price again for this faucet absolutely not is it incredible because the great deal I got on the warehouse item yes.

How to connect to your supply line, 3/4" NPSM adapter needed
I edited this a few times as I completed the installation. I'm updating from 3 stars to 4. It does look nice, and for the warehouse deal price, it was a good deal. But connecting it to my water lines took more time than I expected. The faucet does not include the supply lines, which is frustrating. You can buy supply lines from Kingston, which would work with the connectors that come with the faucet, but they are a little on the expensive side ($40-$60), and seem to be intended for a clawfoot bathtub where you want the lines to look nice. My supply lines are not visible and so I just wanted to connect the lines to pex. The installation instructions are poor. I am an extreme DIYer and was able to figure it out, but it was much harder than it should have been. The threaded base of the faucet is 3/4" NPSM (national pipe straight mechanical), which is not the normal pipe thread NPT (which is tapered). If you buy a normal 3/4" female NPT fitting it will only go on a short way and may not seal. What you need is a 3/4" NPSM Female adapter (to attach to the male threads from the faucet) and then to convert to something else. The NPSM threads do not seal water from leaking at the fitting (because they are not tapered). A rubber washer must be used to create a seal. The adapter you buy should have a rubber washer included (like a hose has). My supply line is 1/2" pex. I was able to piece together what I needed at Lowe's. First, I tried using a a female 3/4" hose adapter, but this leaked. In the store it seemed to completely thread on the faucet base, but it leaked when I turned on the water. I needed to get a NPSM connecter to connect to the faucet and then go to 1/2" pex. I included a photo of my first failed attempt using the hose adapter. I found exactly the piece I could have used at supplyhouse, SKU UC534LF. Lowe's had a 3/4" NPSM to 3/4" PEX (SKU UC534LFZ, at other retailers it is UC534LF). I then used another adapter to go from 3/4" PEX to 1/2" PEX. The package from Lowe's was mislabeled as naving FNPT (female NPT thread) but that was a Sharkbite labeling error -- I called them and they asked me to send an email to tech support with a picture of the label (also shown in a photo). The photo with the Sharkbite bag shows the two UC530LFZ fittings I got, one assembled, one separate in the two pieces. On the right side is the fitting that comes with the faucet that would work with the Kingston supply lines (and perhaps other generic supply lines). I included a photo of what the plumbing looks like, and a photo of the installed faucet. It looks nice, but there is a card in the faucet that cautions against using abrasive cleaners. I think with care it will last a while. If you have a flexible hose connection, you need something to go from 3/4 NPSM to whatever you have coming out of your plumbing, probably 3/8" compression. A couple of adapters should get you there, but I would take the faucet to the store to make sure things fit. I went to a pumbing supply store, and thought they are more helpful than a typical Lowe's or Home Depot, the person who helped me didn't really know what they were doing. I think the faucet looks nice, but this would be a frustrating experience for someone without much experience. I got mine for about 150 as a warehouse deal, probably from another person who gave up trying to install it. Overall I like it, and think it is four stars overall.

Did not install, but it's beautiful
The quality appears to be there! We went with a different color scheme, so this never got installed and I cannot say anything about its performance, but I really liked the way it looked. It appeared to be packaged adequately, but I suggest inspecting each piece right away, because it's metal and heavy, and it was shipped in its packaging rather than inside another box. IMO the packaging isn't strong enough to withstand the rough handling it will get during shipping. The products inside are only protected by a bag of bubble wrap and small paper-thin boxes holds a couple of the pieces. Definitely look this over within your return window. Also, I bought this used, in like new condition. While this is sometimes a laughably inaccurate description of what is actually received, in this case, it was true. The parts looked great, in like new condition.

Even the wife liked it.
Wife is very hard to please so when the faucet on our safe step started leaking I tried this one. She liked it. Good product - well built and fairly easy to install. Adds a bit of class to an otherwise mundane tub. Would recommend you try it.

Well Made
It looks as good as more expensive brands. It feels solid. The white handle is plastic though.

Beautiful
Beautiful! Luckily the person who installed it was able to make a pex fitting to connect to existing plumbing. Very happy with this item and quick shipping.

Canadians beware!
It's impossible to hook this up in Canada. My plumber says they don't sell the hook ups here
