It does the job

No complaints. Compact and did what I needed it to do. Moved into new house, great way to test all outlets during walk through before closing. Will also be handy on future projects. Accuracy by design shows it being accurate. I can't know for sure or anyone else knowing with absolute certainty. As for Use & Read = 5 stars

Every home needs one

We have an electric fake fireplace. I realized that the motor that created the flame simulations would spin in opposite directions based on which outlet it was plugged into. One outlet was correct, and the other had flames going in reverse as though you were rewinding a video of them. This tool enabled me to identify incorrect wiring of that outlet. And it's so easy to use. Just plug in a d compare the light pattern to the enclosed chart. In an instant I knew what was wired wrong abd what I needed to do to fix things.

Works Great

We live in an apartment complex and it’s an old building. We’ve had to replace our iPhone/iPad chargers as well as our laptop chargers a lot. This helps us know which outlets work and which ones don’t. Especially since the maintenance guys at our apartment complex refuse to look at our electric outlets at all.

Might have just saved my biscuits

Well maybe. I recently did work on the house and changed a few plugs around after the electricians left. One plug stopped working after a couple days. Normally i would open the plug and have a look before turning off the power, this time I had a funny feeling. Turned out one of the wires came off causing a "hot wire" Probkem solved

Saved me a lot of money!!

This electrical tool is awesome! I thought I had a problem with an outlet and I had the power off to my living room. Ordered this and tested it out and my outlet is fine! Different result between RT110 and RT105

Well,,, my old RT105 tell me « correct wiring » and this new RT110 tell me « open neutral » on all my recept ,,, tried on many recept and from different service

Works perfectly well, does it's job detecting incorrect wiring. Very fast way to know if your electrician is a lunatic lol.
