Personal These were perfect because i had been looking for thick foam insoles for a good price and the other ones i found had a bump in the middle for "arch support" but the middle of my feet just isnt that arched and the only support i needed was from the foam and a little curve on the side. it was especially important that it didnt have a bump because I needed it to put inside my skates and skates are supposed to be really tight which can make the bump painful. review: good and supportive foam. soft but not too soft. comfortable. no bump in the middle. shock absorbing heal. honestly very surprisingly good especially for only 10 dollars great value for your money would recommend, just buy it and see how you like it, its only 10 bucks so its low risk

Not bad. A bit thick.
If my shoes were looser these would be great, but I struggle with them because they're fairly thick and make my shoes a bit too tight. They're very comfortable though, so as long as your shoes aren't too tight, you should be in good shape.

These are definitely some of the better sols I have purchase over the years. They are a lil thinker than most. Overall pretty comfortable in my work boots. Probably going to try a set in a pair of jordans next.

Put these in my work boots. Had to cut them down to 10. Easy to do. Maybe they will last 6 months.
