Low flow, I don't like the sound of that

The media could not be loaded. I replaced a Moen 7 inch rainfall head with this Kohler 10 inch head (2 GPM). However, I did remove the flow restrictor in the head before I installed it and the flow is AWESOME! I didn't even try it with the plastic restrictor in it knowing it would be LOW FLOW. The plastic restrictor must be installed by the manufacturer to meet guidelines, however there are no homeowner restrictions to remove this (unless maybe if you're in a condo or something with water usage rules). It is hard to pull out the restrictor with pliers as there is nothing to grab (by design of course to make it hard to remove). So don't waste time with pliers. Drill a small hole in the center of the plastic restrictor piece and use a hook & pick set ($10 on Amazon) to hook through the drilled hole and yank it out. You'll be glad you did!

Has begun to leak-very disappointed

I've had this shower head for approx 3 months and its begun to leak where the flat shower head is attached to the body. Attempting to get this replaced by Kohler directly since its outside of Amazon's return window. I'm disappointed. Initially I rated this 2 stars due to the leak. I spoke with customer support and they were great, are shipping me out a replacement with no hassle at all. I'm raising my review to 4 due to the quality of their support.

We absolutely love it works actually like it was advertised. It has perfect water flow and pressure. I have recommended it to a few other people.

Exceptional $/Performance

Not much to say other than just another exceptional Kohlor product. A big fan of Kohler's quality products @ fair price points, but honest to betsy, it's the whole customer/product support that has set Kohler 4 me.

One of the best rainfall shower heads out there!

If you are in the market for a rainfall shower head, this is the one to buy. It has a nice round 10" shower head which cascades plenty of rainfall-like water drops on the person showering. I recommend buying the extension rod (available on Amazon and mentioned in other reviews) as it places the shower head at the perfect height. You can't go wrong with a Kohler product - they are the best! Sure, there are other way less expensive units out there, but remember, you only get what you pay for. Don't hesitate!
