Right Part, Right Fit, No Chain
This was an easy to replace part on my Kohler toilet. Great fit. Easy install. It loses 1 star for not including the required chain to link up to the flush valve or flapper

Definitely Fits More Than Kohler’s Cimarron Toilet
....if you’re comfortable “hacking” things to make them work in non-standard applications. This is a nice lever delivered in its Koehler factory blister pack. Everything about it says “sturdy”: chrome-plated brass handle, what appears to be a stainless steel arm and screw to hold it in place, and quality nylon barrel and nut. Considering the materials used, I think it’s a remarkable value compared to alternatives that are 100% plastic. As the name of the item indicates, this is the factory replacement flush lever for a Koehler Cimarron toilet. That being said, this lever may work for your toilet depending on a couple of key factors. As others have mentioned, the lever will work in a tank with a square mounting hole, although some trimming of the lever’s nylon “body” may be needed to get it to fit your tank. This is easily accomplished - in fact it looks like Kohler specifically designed the part to do this - by adding what looks like little “ears” to each corner of the square part of the body. This is best seen in the before and after pictures included with this review. The second factor to consider is the length and angle of the arm. The arm is 5.5” long from the center of its mounting point to the lever to the center of the hole for the flapper valve chain. Due to its length, it needs to rotate further to lift the flapper valve the same distance than say a 9” long arm, which caused it to strike the underside of my tank lid when flushing as a result. A bit of adhesive felt on the underside of the lid solved the problem though. The other factor affecting suitability of the arm is its angle. I did not have to modify mine, but it should be relatively easy to do if necessary. I’d personally recommend removing the arm from the handle before doing so in order to protect the nylon body from damage. All told, I’m pleased with the quality and value of this replacement lever and the small amount of modification needed to make it work was totally worth it in my opinion.

Works great
It's holding up great. This is in the main bathroom and is flushed about 8 times a day. It hasn't broken yet. I'll post an update if craps out (haha) in a year or less.

I did it myself! Perfect for the K-4634.
Worked perfectly for the Kohler K-4634. (Look inside tank for number.) There are tons of Youtubes about how to replace a toilet handle. You just take the top off the tank, unhook the chain and unscrew the old one, slide in the new one, hook up the chain, and tighten the screw. Be sure to have some kind of light so you can see into the tank. Yes, you have to put your hands in the tank water. Just keep reminding yourself it's clean. Besides the satisfaction, you don't have to have a plumber come into your house.

I didn't want another plastic handle. This one has a nice weight and chrome lends a perfect appearance. It is a perfect fit with no adjustments. Very pleased with this front lever

Perfect fit
My handle was sticking and the toilet was frequently left unattended and the water just running down the drain. I thought it was the flush valve but figured let’s try the handle. We’ll, it was the handle and when I took out the old one I couldn’t believe how still it had become. Pretty surprising but this replacement handle is a direct fit, OEM part that has made my day.

Success
I converted non-touch toilet to a regular flush. Drilled the using 3/4” diamond hole cutting bit. Should have used 7/8” or 1”. Because the hole I drilled was a bit small I had to shave down the part of the handle that goes through the toilet tank. The handle was as described and works.
