Good value, excellent function and design to match.

Replacement for a 9 year old Rohl faucet that the internals had worn out ... of course not Rohl quality, but 75% of the Rohl quality at 1/4 of the $ price. Low point, for the Kohler, the lever has plastic (faux) flat screw cover.

Second try, still not what we were hoping for...

Looks great and plumber had no issue installing. Second faucet as the first just didn’t work correctly. Plumber says the screen is the issue. Same problem with the replacement. Guess I need to find an alternate solution. Water comes out slow or uneven.

Faucet was defective out-of-box - flow control not working

Plumber discovered during installation that handle did not move sideways for flow control. Contacted Kohler Customer Service. The representative was very responsive. Since faucet is under warranty Kohler will be shipping a replacement. The standard shipping time is 5 to 7 business days. Now I have to pay plumber 2 service calls.
