Too big

I was excited to get my bowl, but once I received it, I wasn’t sure how I felt about it. In the description it does say that there is a variation. I thought it would have a different tone to it, which it did. It’s much lighter then the picture which is fine by me. What kinda took me back was that it is really raw, and how it was cut added to the rawness of the product. There was a line that you could tell that the wood cracked and they added something to repair it. Overall, I think if I would have cut a piece of would of the fallen tree around my area and cleaned it up, I would have achieved the same thing. Would I buy it again, NO.

Wood filler to hide major crack

As many others have stated, there was a giant crack that was attempted to be fixed with wood filler. It was very obvious and poorly done, the crack continued even after the fill. Didn’t even fully remove it from the plastic, returned immediately after opening.

Not exactly what I thought I was getting

Although the color wasn’t the grayish driftwood color I thought I was getting I can live with it —the tray is big and sturdy but it is uneven and a little rough I’m going to sit with it for 24 hours to decide if I’m keeping or not I don’t hate it but…

The media could not be loaded. It’s so beautiful and was just exactly what I was looking for for my entry console. You can see the size in comparison to everything else on the table. Great quality and color

Large but light weight

I was only a little bit disappointed that this wasn't exactly flat, and does wobble a little on a flat surface. I ordered two of them, and they were totally different colors (one much more gray than the other) and one had quite a chunk missing out of it. (I did return that one.)

Rustic, nice, but too lumpy to use as a serving tray

This is a light golden color in person so I will stain to make it look aged like in the photo. Also will polyurethane over it so it can easily be dusted. It is very cool and rustic. Good value.

Even prettier in person !

I was looking for a natural wood tray and this is perfect. Is a rougher texture and well made. It’s not perfectly flat on the inside but I am totally fine with that. It would make a perfect addition to any coffee table

Beautiful Product

Love the look of this product. It is made nicely. It is quite flat inside despite many of the other reviews that I read before buying. Not sure why some complained. I plan on putting various decor items inside.

Some issues

Not even inside so coasters or cups end up on an angle leaning to the centre. Bottom is very rough and scratchy so it’s awkward to move around when on material ottoman table (which is what 95% of people who buy it likely want it for). Looks nice but a protective stain would have helped. If you spill water or anything in it, it holds water marks, If you dry it, you risk splitting.

Not as seen online

Item is not as advertised. Was expecting a solid wood type of piece but it’s very light. Also the inside of the tray is carved but not flat so if you put any decor in it, it sits unevenly. The exterior of the tray is also crooked. Would probably be great as a fruit bowl but didn’t work out for what I intended to use it for. I also feel that the colour is not the same as the first picture. It’s also isn’t as smooth. Mine came with a whole bunch of chipped areas at the edges. I ended up returning mine.
