Right size, right look

Needed to replace the gold handle on our front door to better match the new keypad entry but the cheap styles were too short to match our existing holes. This kwikset deadbolt is about 1-2" longer than the cheap ones and the adjustable lower screw made it a perfect fit for the existing holes from our previous handle. Installation was quick & easy. Just wish it wasn't more than twice as expensive as the cheaper ones that almost fit

Looks great, feels high-quality

Everything was great. However, the instructions recommend to use a 7/16” drill bit for the bottom hole. In my opinion, that’s WAY too big. I used an 11/32” and it worked perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Great door handle set

Looks amazing especially with the matching keyless deadbolt kit. Easy to install and is very sturdy. Mechanical mechanisms are smooth and sturdy as well. Our last handle was hard to open and the spring inside would come off, basically locking you out of the front door. Went with this one because the matte black finish looked awesome and kwikset is a well known brand.

If you wanna upgrade..buy this!

The media could not be loaded. I did not install. My contractor did, so I can’t speak to how the install was..but it’s gorgeous! Very sleek and modern upgrade. I have no complaints!

Easy Install replacing Berlin Modisch junk

After discovering Berlin Modisch no longer had customer support and never responded to requests for replacement parts, I needed to replace their crap lockset. The Kwikset had a similar appearance. Was promptly shipped. Clear and easy instructions. Fit exactly in place of the BM junk and was a quick job. Solid feel, hope the quality lasts!

One of the best ones out there

Your search for the right sized front door handle stops here. I was looking for a handle that would fit into the holes already drilled in my front door. After trying several from different brands and getting disappointed, I took a chance on this one and it delivered! The main problem with these handles is that the anchor at the bottom of the handle is mounted at a fixed height from the top - so there is no wiggle room if you have a door with pre drilled holes. This one has a mechanism that allows the bottom anchor to have a range of 1 inch up or down - so I would estimate the dimension from the center of top to the bottom hole to range between 8.5 to 9.5 inches. Function wise, this handle is really smooth to operate. It has a soft and quiet operation. The internal Halifax lever has a sturdy feel and very smooth to operate. Looks great too!
