Ran somewhat large-neck strap not adjustable

I typically wear a size 34d bra, 10/12 or medium top and ordered this in a 12 based on other reviews of it "running small." This was not the case with this bandeau style tankini (includes removable neck strap). The neck strap is not adjustable so trying to make it tighter is not an option. The fabric is nice but I felt like I would be more comfortable if I had gone with the smaller size. I like to feel like everything is held in, and I was worried it would slip down without the strap which I could not adjust even if I wanted to!

This is for a swimsuit top only. Not a set as pictured. A bit pricey but when you see and feel it you will see the quality of the fabric and workmanship. The size runs true. A cute top that provides versatility to mix and match with different bottoms.
