works fine but the switch of the faucet head is broken. We will be replacing it or getting another faucet. Overall good cheap faucet that will do the job..

This was a beautiful faucet with good reviews as my husband and I always read the 5 star reviews an 1 star reviews and make a decision to purchase weighing in somewhere in the middle. I RARELY buy a product that does not have reviews, therefore I try to take the time to do a review justice. I would have definitely have kept this faucet because of good reviews, value, and good looks. Looking at our older faucet that has been leaking an discolored something terrible mu husband called Delta and sent a picture and they are replacing the original faucet since the finish has a life time guarantee. FYI for other amazon dedicated customers. Fortunately, I was able to return the faucet to Amazon and receive a git card for the full amount. LEARNED A HARD lesson; I purchased in July a product that described itself as copper in color. It was not amazon fulfilled but delivered under prime. I assumed prime meant, honored free return if product was not as described in picture or description. I cannot stress enough, Dedicated Amazon customers, BUT JUST AMAXON FULLED products. I,mistakenly assumed Primes, free delivery meant free return. I received a product whose description did not match the actual product,(purchase price $320.00. Footed a $42.00 return charge. It was redicululous because the item was touted as the color being copper, if that is what you call dirty brown. This probably will not be submitted, but I feel loyal and frequent Amazon customers should be aware of the difference. Prime membership is so worth its value. The cost is so reasonable when you consider all the benefits. Hassle free returns, pick up at home, return label emailed to you. What could be more trouble/anxiety free.

Be careful in granite installations. It's not as compatible with granite installs as other reviews let on.

I would be careful with installations on granite countertops. The same threaded pipe that is used for the water outlet to the faucet is also the threaded pipe which the mounting collar + securing nut goes over. I was able to get this installed on my granite countertop, but the outlet hose + nut was literally resting against the collar securing nut (it must have had just enough threads for the seal inside the flex hose to squeeze against the end of the threaded pipe). I suppose in worst case scenario (if their granite was too thick or the nut+hose didn't seal before it contacted the collar securing nut) one could remove the securing nut for the collar and put the right amount of washers in place of it so that the nut for the hose would also serve as the securing nut for the collar. Ideally, the threaded outlet pipe on the valve should be longer so that this fits in every granite install situation. The fixture itself is great looking and works fine. The only thing I would change is the cheap black plastic collar inside the faucet neck which the head (sort of) snaps into. It needs to be more rigid. You can see the head move when water pressure gets to the head. I wonder how long this plastic piece will last.

Great faucet, great customer service!

I love my new faucet! This is a great product with excellent customer service. I had read on some reviews that there were issues with the hardware on the soap dispenser fitting granite countertops but on one of the reviews the customer just contacted the seller and they sent new hardware to fit the granite countertop. The review also said there was no problem after contacting the seller and the customer service was great so I decided to take my chances. SO glad I did! The faucet itself is a beautiful brushed bronze color and I really like the three piece set as I have three holes in my granite countertop to fill. The hardware for the soap dispenser (the piece that connects the pump on top of the counter to the bottle underneath the counter)sent with the actual faucet was in fact just barely too small for my granite countertop. I contacted the company and was answered the same day with a solution. New hardware would be sent right away that would fit my granite countertop at no extra cost. And indeed, it arrived very quickly without any problems. I give this five stars even though I had a little problem. The customer service was excellent and the problem was resolved very quickly. The faucet is beautiful and works great. I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a new faucet.

Im happy overall

I like the faucet it is nice and the service of the company was perfect like others I had minor trouble with install of soap dispenser however no fault of the company or product just type of sink I have I explain my problem that there was a gap and I could not tighten dispenser to sink they mail right away rubber spacers that are used to fix the problem and it did easy. My only dislikes with the unit on a whole is that when you detach the sprayer from neck to you can not shut water on and off from that head so if not carful you get water everywhere. The other concern was I have a basic sink (stainless) this faucet sprays strong on medium and because my sink is not deep and due to the angle also of the faucet I get over spray of water outside the sink in front especially if there is dishes in there automatic wet shirt so on that note if your sink is shallow/standard be carful to turn on full blast and watch how you use sprayer when detached from neck otherwise great product it is good material and looks just as the picture shows.. I will definitely shop with this company again
