Nice frame, not utilized space

Very well made frame. It was nice including a generic tassel! I could put a 4x6” pic in the opening, but chose to put the graduation announcement there and had to trim the name card with the year showing and tape it overlapped on the announcement. So, it’s needs a place for the name card with the year. Still best option if you don’t want to frame diploma, too.

I thought that I could replace the tassel with my own but I could not. I thought the description should of been more clear. But if you want a frame with a tassel already in it, this one is good quality and looks nice.

Received the item before the shipping due date. It is exactly what I wanted except for the tassel, I wished it could have been taken out so I could place a real tassel in the frame. Otherwise, great item for its price. Look good hanging on the wall.

Don't expect to receive what you ordered!

I expected to receive what I saw in the picture and is described in the description. I received the wrong frame, an 8x10 with no matting, no plaque and no tassel. I requested it be exchanged, I received for a second time the wrong frame, a plain 8x10 frame. I contacted support to help me exchange it and never received anything. Don't purchase if this is what you expect to receive, you simply won't receive it.
