Cute and nice material

These were cute and I’ve had them for a while now. They have held strong with toddler use. Pros: nice material vs hard plastic Love the items included. Particularly the grapefruit. Durable. Cons: I didn’t find the basket useful for our needs and the ratio sizing for some objects didn’t portray the realness that I was hoping for. For instance the banana is significantly smaller than say the yogurt cup or bowl of oats.

Good for make believe play

These are great for make believe play and are a great quality and larger in size compared to ‘better priced’ similar toys. My 3 year old loves how realistic they are.

The only play food I buy

I have bought play food from this company for 3 years now. It's a tad pricey but worth it to me. The quality of this play food is OUTSTANDING. You'll never buy the plastic stuff again once you see this food quality. We now have almost all the sets they sell.

High Quality

I've purchased many pretend play food over the years. The Learning Resources brand has become my go to. They're made of more of a rubbery materials than hard plastic that can break and crack. I would definitely recommend!

We purchased this for our 15 month old son. He currently has a large kitchen set in our kitchen to keep him somewhat occupied when I'm cooking. We figured adding food items to the cupboards or refrigerator in his set will keep him entertained for longer periods of time. Right now my son enjoys inspecting each piece and putting them away back in the basket. He also really seems to enjoy walking around the house with the basket on his head when he's had too much sugar...The individual pieces themselves appear to be high quality, the plastic seems sturdy and each piece has lots of details. There are small pieces that have painted details, the paint itself does not appear to be cheap and I don't think it will just crack and chip off. The items did have a plastic smell when I first took everything out of the box but by the next day I couldn't smell it anymore. I subtracted one star because Learning Resources is very vague in regard to what exactly their products are made of. The packaging itself only states its "non-toxic" which really could mean anything because many plastics that are eligible to be labeled as "non toxic" have unknown long term exposure consequences. Learning Resources states these are made of PVC and polyethylene.

Exactly as advertised. Has lasted 2 years so far and withstood the frequent "eating" by my 2 littles (4yo a d 2yo).
