Just what I wanted for my microwave above the range where the the outlet is in a cabinet. Time will tell how it functions to protect my oven, but manufactured by a reputable company. I plan purchasing another for my refrigerator although I am also considering a whole house unit. Very satisfied with the unit and the vendor shipped and delivered it on time.

Just What Every Refrigerator should have

I first learned about these from Consumer's Reports, and the box stores and local hardware stores don't ever seem to have them in stock...they just don't carry them. This is the second one of these I have purchased/installed and they are great to keep your refrigerator running more efficiently and much longer with problems frequently caused by power surges and spikes. My power company must train new kids on switching generators because they have a real knack at tripping off the power every so often, plus the lightening is rampant during the summer.

We've had it installed for about a month with no problems. Nicely made and easy to install. The constant light helps in knowing that the circuit is on.
