Actually I like it very much but some engineering modifications would be very helpful in making it even better. For one, three foot cables would be much more practical than five foot or even four foot length cables. For another, the back side of the adjustable sliders ought be covered in rubber or foam to soften their impact on the doors their mounted on. Third, the instructions could be clearer about how to position (inside or outside) the orange loops at the top of the doors.

Long bands
The bands are super long so you need to make sure you have room! A LOT OF ROOM!!! And only 1 ankle strap sucks.

Excellent, useful equipment . Wish the DVD worked.
Bought the door kit, but mounted using removable links and wall anchors, so can use on travel. Another useful , well-made Lifeline item. Swimmers, resisted sprints, russian twists and more high intensity exercises are now easily available in my basement. Glad I got to learn the movements at Monkey Bar Gym in Madison WI, as the DVD shipped with it didn't work. Still, you can go through MBG workout video (monkeybargym.com) to learn how to use it. This is also used daily by two in the household recovering from 1.) old knee issues and 2.)broken leg. Prescribed PT exercises are now easier to arrange , Thera-Bands clip nicely into the holders. Also useful for el-cheapo pilates machine, almost.

A little good, but not worth it.
This product is good enough for a very light workout, but is nothing compared to a real gym. For reference, I had been doing the same shoulder symmetry moves on these bands (single red) every morning for about three weeks. My the muscles in my arms never got sore from this. Just a bit of heat built up in my shoulders. Then I go to a gym and find some cable pulleys and put on ten pounds and do the same shoulder workout. I was sore. So what I thought was building up strength and resilience really wasn't doing anything. I feel like I'm better off going to a gym and using some real weights. That being said, the band's never snapped or broke and the handles are quite nice. Simple and easy to install.

I've purchased lots of Lifeline products after I found out about them when searching for TRX bands. They are half the price and the quality is just as good, plus they sell so many different items. This is a good product and I highly recommend for a home gym.

Not worth it; bands are too long
The bands are way too long, which makes it hard to do just about any workout moves. It is incredibly frustrating and I would not recommend.
