Wrong Dimensions!
Overall, it's a pretty sturdy waterfall box. Mine was not flimsy or bent like a previous reviewer stated. It had connections for 1 and 1/2 inch, but no filter media, also mentioned by another reviewer. That being said, they must have many different models of varying sizes and styles, since this is my second waterfall box ordered, (though different manufacturer), that had the wrong dimensions stated. For the actual dimensions, it's 19 inches across the waterway, but only about 10 and 1/2 inches in height and depth (including the lip). So for me, I was looking for something larger, as the dimensions suggested. The box it came in was big enough to meet the dimensions, so maybe a wrong sized one got slipped in somewhere along the way, or they use the same size box for different models. If you have a narrow space to work with, and they send the same product I got, this may be for you. I will be sending it back, searching for the seemingly elusive large waterfall box. (Speaking of sending it back, my box had two other mailing labels beneath mine, so it had been returned at least two other times - three now.)

Kind of flimsy plastic. Lip was bent, had to do a bit of adjusting to get to work right. Fittings worked well.

No bulk head fitting included and no filter pads like it said in the description

Bad service
Did not come with the required fittings so I had to improvise as I needed it and was not given the option on having them sent out to me only the option of returning it and not having it
