Disappointed

Almost a Great product. Unfortunately ours failed. One of the spinners feels like it’s no longer connected to the internal mechanisms. It spins freely and doesn’t click. We’re going to have to cut it since it is locked on the bike frame.

Great for kids, no key to loose. Fun colours!

Great colours! This is the second one I bought for my kids, since the first one has lasted many years already, and my youngest started riding to school, so we needed another, this was an easy decision. The combo is easy to set, 4 numbers is perfect for young kids, and for parents to remember.

Bike was stolen

My son's bike was stolen while using this lock. So, definitely not for purpose, although I am completely cognizant that no security solution is guaranteed to be 100% effective. The cable is thick enough, so I doubt the cable was cut as it would have required (very visible) bolt-cutters, and the theft occurred during daylight. The more likely reason is that the lock was easily defeated. Oh, well, lesson learned. I am hoping others will take heed.

Aucune étoile. Usagé, pas réinitialisé, ordinaire en maudit

Franchement ordinaire. Acheté neuf et le cadenas n’était pas fixé au carton qui était endommagé. Le code 0000 doit être le code de base et on change nous-même la combinaison, mais dans mon cas, ils ont dû remballer le cadenas sans se soucier que ce soit réinitialisé. C’était une urgence pour une activité d’école pour mon fils demain alors je trouve ça TRÈS ordinaire.

Sliced into no prob

I like the lock but had it for one month and it was sliced into at my son’s school. Luckily whomever cut the lock did not steal my son’s bike.
