Ignore "throw" when selecting order option
I am going to save you some time here, now that I have ordered more than I care to admit of these gloves. IGNORE "throw" when selecting left or right. It is not right-hand throw, it is a glove for the right hand. Quality seems nice so far and provides that extra layer of protection.

Never feel that Pain
Best thing I could have bought for myself to protect my fingers from those hard hit balls on the infield. No sting - very soft and comfortable - I forget most of the time I even have it on while playing defense

Great Inner Glove
**Wrong description** Right Hand Throw description means it will actually be a glove for the right hand. I would have given 5 stars if the description was correct. We reordered this for my 14yo daughter who has small hands so the Youth XL fit well. She loves it! She needed some extra padding for those pitches that sometimes spin and hit the palm instead for the pocket. It fits well under her catcher’s glove.

Does the job.
Great product that greatly helps to reduce “catchers thumb”. Runs a little smaller then comparable youth batting gloves so maybe buy a size larger than you would if you were buying Nike or Under Armour.

Best currently available
We REALLY liked the Blockshock inner glove, but it appears the company is out of business or stopped making them. This is a decent replacement. Only complaint is we'd like a bigger palm.

Does the Job!
By the end of my softball practices, my hand would be swollen and bright red from catching in the infield. I decided to try this glove, and I am so glad I did! It does exactly what it's meant to do, protecting my hand from the fast throws that come my way. I still have full function of my hand, and it does not hinder my catching in any way. My hand feels great at the end of practice! I am a 5'6" woman with pretty small hands, so I wasn't sure what size to order. I printed the size chart off the Markwort web site, and went with a size youth X-LARGE. It's still a little big at the end of a couple of my fingers, but it still works great. Since it velcroes at the wrist, I'm able to get a fit I'm happy with.

Llegó para la mano equivocada
El producto es genial, pero ordené uno con orientación de mano de lanzamiento derecho (es decir que para mano izquierda) y me llegó uno para mano derecha. Ya lo devolví y lo volví a ordenar, espero que no sea un error sistemático y ahora sí lo reciba bien. Ya les contaré. Pero la calidad del guante y protección es de primera.
