Worst Amazon purchase I have ever made

I decided to upgrade from the Bohrer plastic mondoline I've been using in one form or another for the past 30 years. This looked like it was all I wanted - stainless, easy cleanup, multiple slide widths and a wavy cut to boot. I actually did not get to trial it until the grace period for returns had expired. The holder does not hold ANYTHING - onions slip off like there isn't a tooth holding them in. The tips of the vertical blades are below the fixed horizontal slicer which makes julienning or any slicing impossible. The blade is dull and hand slicing carrots on it (even just carrot rounds) results in broken carrots after one pass. Jicama, onions, scallions, potatoes, - all failed to cut into slices or strips. I can't tell you how disappointed I was with the first trial, but I thought - put it away and try again tomorrow. I did this 3 times and three different days and was equally frustrated each time. I have been cooking and entertaining for over 40 years and have not been as disappointed with any kitchen purchase as I was with this EVER. I have an MD and aa PhD and routinely (at least until COVID) have guests to dinner with moderately gourmet quality meals.

Articulo muy profesional, pero sin repuestos.

El articulo es para uso en una cocina profesional por lo que los materiales y la resistencia del mismo es sobresaliente; lo único malo es que las cuchillas no las venden por separado como repuestos, si lo hicieran seria un articulo perfecto. en general muy buen articulo. El envió fue muy rápido, llego 2 días antes de lo esperado.
