I almost love it but,
not quite!! ...It detangles my hai somewhatr but not to the extent other conditioners have...good moisture and the smell is very nice but a little disappointed it doesn't detangle well but does leave my hair soft when it dries...i probably need to look into a leave in to give my detangling an extra push...i would buy this again but definitely not depending on it for detangling!

Bottles are hard and inflexible making it difficult to get thick conditioner out
Leave the bottle upside down in the shower because unless you have mighty muscles or prefer to shake that bottle like a an angry woman, it’s hard to get the thick conditioner out of the bottle. It’s thick like you’d expect a thick conditioner to be, but the bottle is very rigid. Because of the rigidity of the bottle, I’ve had to add a little water to the the conditioner (which I didn’t want to do; who knows if it breaks down the product having left water in there) just to get enough out during a shower to cover my long hair. Conditioner smells really nice and I have no issue with the conditioner itself. It’s moisturizing as any you’d find at your local drugstore (nothing extraordinary but good for the price) but it’s the bottle’s stiffness I dislike. It’s a pretty bottle, and if you peel the label off it may make a cute desk vase or something. Thick rigid plastic is also damaging to our environment unless we recycle. But here where I live, they don’t have enough recycling resources. Our recycling programs accept clear plastic only. So I will end up with two cute flower vases (shampoo and conditioner).

Good conditioner deserves good packaging!
To review my experience with this product, I will be separating my commentary into two sections. The first section will talk about my overall experience with the sealing and packaging of the product. The second part will focus on the overall experience of the product itself, did the product satisfy me as a customer, and if I recommend it to others. I was very excited to purchase another product from the Maui brand because my first experience with this brand was excellent. However, I was a little disappointed this time. The sealing and packaging of this product were very disappointing, first thing in the morning I open a resealable packaging envelope from my porch and there was a strong coconut scent coming from inside. Turns out the conditioner had spilled all over the packaging material so now I can't use the resealable packaging for a return. Some of the product had spilled all over the envelope AND the bottle itself. It was a mess to get the product out. I had to run it through some water to get off all the spilled product off. When I unscrewed the cap off, I noticed it unsealed quite easily. The sealing of this conditioner is horrible! By the looks of it, this problem is quite common for this specific product. As I looked inside the bottle it seemed I had lost a good 2 to 3 oz of the product due to the packaging and sealing mess. The reason why I decided not to return this conditioner after the packaging mess was because of the wonders it did to my hair. It usually takes me around 15 minutes to untangle my hair without using any conditioner, however, after using this product, I saw results right after the first brush! My usually dry hair was so smooth and so moisturized it was hard to believe! Not to forget the wonderful fresh coconut scent that made it all too worth it! Would I personally recommend this product to others who might be interested? Indeed! Though purchasing it through here... not so much. The sealing of the product has not been properly made to withstand the product going from truck to truck, facility to facility. I do not wish to suggest others to resort to in-store purchases since we are in a pandemic, but for an occasion like this one, it's best to grab this product off the shelves when going on a grocery run.

ES MUY BUEN ACONDICIONADOR
Llevo 2 semanas usando el shampoo y acondicionador de Coco y me está encantando, mi cabello queda muy suave e hidratado y oliendo delicioso todo el día, actualmente donde vivo las temperaturas son altas (30°C) y por eso buscaba productos que aportaran la mayor hidratación. Venían ambos muy bien empacados en caja y cada uno con un plástico alrededor del envase por lo que no se abrieron ni derramaron. Estoy muy contenta con esta marca :)

No me gustó mucho.
Pues el olor es delicioso. Compre el de cabello rizado por que mi cabello es rizado pero sinceramente no es el peor producto pero tampoco de los mejores. En resumen no me hidrata lo suficiente mi pelo y tampoco me ayuda a desenredarlo como lo hace otros acondicionadores y eso es lo que se me hiso super raro ya que no me había pasado antes. Más bien lo siento como si no me estuviera poniendo acondicionador.

Good conditioner for dry and unmanaged hair. Don’t apply too much as it might weigh your hair down. Smells great. 2nd bottle and will order more.
