Hands free pumping

This is such a life saver so I can pump hands free while working at my computer. Very easy to put on.

Works, but need larger size.

I love this product so much. I can easily pump hands free while working or have some down time reading. Unfortunately I can't find this bra in an XL and the L is just a bit too snug.

Does it's purpose

It works well to help with hands free pumping, but runs small. I even sized up and with doing that it still presses down tight on my boobs making pumping not the most comfortable. I wish there were more size options.

Medela Hands-free Pumping Bra

Update: I do compressions when pumping to help prevent clogs and it helps me with engorgement. But since I started using this bra, I completely stopped the compressions and my supply went down to half of what I normally get; it took me about a week to figure out the problem. Also noticed a bit of engorgement between pump sessions, so I have stopped using this bra altogether. Within 2 days, my supply has gone back up. So, just an FYI. --- I was so excited to try this bra--got the LARGE and I'm a 38C. It's my second time pumping exclusively and have spent endless hours holding flanges to my boobs. This bra serves its intended purpose but it's a bit hard to zip it up every time, so rather than wasting more time fiddling with the zipper, I just slip it over my head and that seems to work well. The fabric is super soft, thick, and very comfortable. I hand wash it when I'm taking a shower and let it air dry; anything with spandex you don't ever want to put in the dryer if you want to keep it from stretching out or falling apart over time. I have a Spectra S2 and the flanges stick out, making it hard to maneuver around them but this bra allows me to pump and drive. Now, I know this bra is meant for Medela flanges and I have used a Pump in Style pump which has the advantage of removable flanges that also don't stick out so far. The Spectra flanges fit but I had to force them through the holes and the plastic actually bent to the point I thought they were gonna break, so I carefully removed the stitch that closes the seam and moved it down 1/4". Now the flanges get through much easier and still stay secured. I I use 8oz bottles because I have an oversupply, so when the bottles get full, they feel a little weird dangling from the bra. Overall it's a good purchase and I would definitely recommend it to pumping moms.

Easy to use with medela flanges but annoying for flanges that don’t detach from the pump bottles.

It does the job of letting your hands free but it’s veery difficult to put the pumping parts through the holes and. Also I got the Large and am a size 12/14 and it barely zips up. A bigger person wouldn’t be able to use it.

Decreases pump time

Reduced the amount of time pumping for the same volume without the bra (and the amount you have to hand express). Meant to be tight fitting so not ultra comfy, but worth it. I ordered a small and was a 34B before pregnancy.

I do not recommend this pumping bra, the large is the biggest size and it did not cut it AT ALL! And just to emphasize how crap small it is, here is a picture of my husband(standard size SMALL mens) in the size LARGE bra, he said he felt compressed, so imagine trying to get it on while full of milk, save yourself the money and DO NOT buy this if you have breasts.

You need this bra. Especially if you have large breasts

This allows you to sit and pump without having to hold the bottles. It ensures constant contact to keep the suction and you can hold your phone or simply let your hands relax from watching a baby constantly. If you have large breasts and set everything up just right, this bra will hold your breasts in the right position. Don't think of this as a supportive strapless bra, it is a handy tool to allow hands free and more efficient and comfortable pumping. Washed well, never put it in drier.

Made small

I got a large size as this was the largest they had and I am usually a plus size. I still chose to use this bustier as it was easier than holding the pumps. I am able to fit into it, but it's very tight and uncomfortable for this size . I am just glad I don't have to hold my pumps for periods of time. It fits my medela flanges and holds it in place well. The material has a good stretch and I was able to get it over my head like a tube top, but not really use the zipper option as it's not my size.

Love it!

This makes it so you can do other things like eat and do dishes when pumping. Time is very valuable. At first they sleep often so you can pump once they go to sleep, but as they get older they stay up longer and you will find that you need to pump while they are awake. We have people that live below us so I don't want her crying a lot when she is awake cause I feel bad for the people that live below us. So I wear this and pump while reading her a story or something like that. My crafty friend saved herself the money and just used an old tight bra and cut holes for the part that goes over the nipple.

Game changer for pumping!!

A must have for breastfeeding moms who want to pump and build a stash. This bustier was a game changer for me and I completely regret not having it with my first son. I can actually sit or walk around hands free and get a good pumping session. I use it with the Medela freestyle pump which originally came with these weird strap things that supposedly hold the pumps to your breast by attaching to a nursing bra clip. Very weird and they did not work well so I never pumped much with my first. But this time I can pump every night comfortably while I watch a show.
