Great Lower Power Induction Burner
I was looking for a lower power induction burner to use in an RV, where my battery powered inverter can only put out about 1200W. This is perfect, and the power I measured when plugged into the wall is even less than the stated 1400W. I'm only seeing around 1080W max on high (12) with any of my largest pans, and less with smaller pans. I'm not sure why I'm not seeing 1400W, if that's normal or if there's something wrong with mine. For my off grid use it's perfect and I wouldn't even want the full 1400W, but for normal use on household power it will be a little slower than 1800W rated burners. The actual size of the coil, looking through the glass, is fairly small, about 6.5 inches diameter. So it will heat about that much of the bottom of a pan. But I think that's typical for these portable burners, and with the limited power I don't expect it to work like my full size cooktop. In the owners manual it says it will shut off if the internal temperature sensor exceeds 500F. I haven't hit that yet, but it might not be able to do high heat cooking for an extended time. 500 is pretty hot, enough to get most things smoking, so I don't expect it to be an issue. On some of the lower settings it will cycle the heat on and off slowly to maintain a low heat. On settings 4-12 it seems to adjust the power without cycling, which is good. This is typical of all induction stoves I've used, just something to be aware of. It cycles rather slowly, so it might not be ideal for simmering delicate things, but for normal cooking it won't be a problem. It seems to be well built, with a heavy duty plastic enclosure, thick power cord, and a glass top. It is ETL listed (safety certification like UL). Overall, I'm happy with this induction burner so far, and for the price it's great.

Great size, weight and operating features
This is the second induction cook top we bought. So pleased with this because we use it in a RV. Most RV outlets are 15amp and our first cooktop was a 1500 watt heater that used 13.6.amps, with this 1400 watt cook top only using 11.6 amps gives us the ability to have something else plugged in the same fused circuit without tripping breaker. Cord is cooler than the old when using and If there is any difference in cooking times it is not noticeable.

Excellent Product
It works like a charm, initially was giving some problem in operating as it was not letting me scroll through all levels or temperature and starts showing 3 dash lines on the display. Somehow Manual doesn't mentions the same, but I realized this is actually an advance feature of detecting a Cookpot to avoid this to be on without having a cookpot on it. Loved this feature.

Works well, great customer service
Very nice induction burner, only down side is that the temperature setting is in 10 degree intervals, so water doesn't simmer when set to 210 F, and boils too vigorously when set to 220 F. Checking around, I find this is a common "feature" with induction units. I used this for a day, and then it stopped working (early life failures happen). I contacted the manufacturer and they immediately sent out a replacement. Great work!
