The media could not be loaded. I bought this Cookware Utensil Set because my kitchen drawers were filled with mismatched spatulas, spoons and tongs and I wanted a more streamline look. The items arrived individually wrapped in clear plastic wrappings inside their original box. And while their color isn't pastel like on the seller's pictures, they are still a nice, although darker, blue color. This set includes 12 pieces total, including the utensil holder, which is made of plastic. ~~~~~~~~ What is Included in this Kit ~~~~~~~~ A utensil holder, a slotted turner, a spatula turner, a large spatula, a small spatula, a slotted spoon, a pasta spoon, a ladle, a whisk, a brush, a tong set and a spoon rest. I prefer using silicone utensil when I'm cooking or baking because I don't have to worry about scratches on my non-stick pans, cookware / bakeware. These can all be stored in the holder, hung on hooks, or simply stored in a kitchen drawer. The tongs that are included in this kit have a locking mechanism for easy storage. You simply need to pull on the ring that is at the base of the tongs to lock them, and push on the ring to unlock them. All the utensils are sturdy, they can withhold heavy items, and are very easy to clean (I just throw them in my dishwasher). At the end of the day, I didn't give this kit a 5 star-rating partly because of the color discrepancy, and also for the fact that the tongs' locking mechanism could definitely be smoother. Compared to my other kitchen tongs, you have to pull / push somewhat hard to lock and unlock them because the ring just doesn't slide as well for some unknown reason. Otherwise, an okay purchase.
