Perfect Gift

I got this for my daughter (xmas gift) and she loved it. Well made, she has a blast playing with real cooking dough. This is not meant for real baking or for putting in the oven. Its a PLAY SET

Very well made

The metal pans are very thick and durable. My kids are 3 and 18 months and they both love it. The little oven mitt is the perfect size. All of the tools are the perfect size.

My 4 year old son loves it. It does say on the pan not to use it in the oven

I bought this hoping I could let my son put cookies on it to bake in the oven and thankfully I didn't because his dad read it and it says right on the pan do not use in oven ???? I swear I had read that other people did that's why I bought it but my son still loves the rolling pin, measuring cups and whisk so it doesn't feel wasted at all.

A great set for kid to start learning how to bake

Melissa &Doug has never failed me in their product. And this one also. Every item is made precisely, nicely and so realistic for a kid to practice baking. My girl loves baking ever since she got this set. Just note, all the items are ok with cool stuff (preparing doug with real flour is ok) since they are BPA free but definitely not for real baking (oven etc). The tray and mold are not made for heat resistance. We made the doug using these tools but we baked with real mold. The spoons are not in the real scale, they are made as mimicking how the real spoons look. After all, it is meant for kid to play. Quality is great, and delivery is really fast. I am actually looking for an oven from Melissa to complete this set. They are just too cute!

3 yr old daughter loves it

My 3 year old daughter LOVES this little set! We give her a piece of bread and she'll flatten it out with the little roller. She'll use the little cookie cutters on the bread too. For cleaning: I put everything on the top rack of the dishwasher, except the metal sheet pan and the whisk (they go on the bottom). I have not had any issues (heated dry on). The only downside: the amount of noise that can come from these...but like any toy and child combo, the child will manage to make as much noise as possible with whatever they have. My daughter also likes to put water in all of the pieces and leave them on the floor...all my towels are dirty lol
