Digs into your skin

Horrible fit and finish. The handle to the ladle is way too thin and digs into your fingers while you serve. I own several various sized ladles this by far is the worst quality. The size is great but that’s it. Looking elsewhere for a quality unit. I make tools for a living and know there is some neglect putting a product like this out there, this is a poor design and needs a much thicker gauge handle in order to be nice to use

It works, ladles my homemade hotsauce.

Handle much longer than I pictured, still fits in large mouth jar well. Only real complaint is that there is black residue probably from factory stuck in the letters on the ladle. If you look closely in pic one, there is imprinted stamped text. This text has black gunk in it. Also for a 1oz ladle it is over a foot long, which is not a problem perse but I had a specific large mouth jar I wanted to keep inside with lid on.. So, see pic two if you had same problems I did. High quality and very sturdy, could be used as a weapon in kitchen CQC if the need arises. Great product. Cheers.

We forget 16 ounces equals two cups. My handled soup bowls hold 2.5 cups. I make large portions for leftovers. One ladle full per soup bowl made quick work for getting dinner on the table. Leftovers went from pot to quart size canning jars into refrigerator and if not eaten right away, into freezer.

An effective tool for an unusual task

I realize this is an unusual use for a ladle. One of our dogs is in renal failure and we have to collect urine samples often for testing. This ladle is big and has a long handle. It makes it easy to collect a urine sample from the dog without getting our hands....umm....'wet'....if you understand my meaning. I apologize for the picture this paints....it's gross, I know. While it's not the intended use, the ladle is exactly what we need to help manage our dog's kidney disease. Maybe this review will help someone else in a similar situation.

Great quality

This ladle is awesome! It has about a 2 cup capacity- so you can transfer hot liquids quickly from on kettle to another. The handle is long enough you don’t burn your fingers, and the hook at the end keeps it from falling into the pot. Great product. Would buy again

Must have for soup lovers

It's a perfect sized ladle to fill the bowl in one scoop! Got tired of having to repeatedly scoop with small ladles and this does the job perfectly!

not exactly 16 oz... about 1/8 cup short

I needed to be able to fit exactly 16 oz into the cup part of the ladle, but it's just under which, I understand, may not mean a lot to anyone other than me. I should have gotten the 24 oz ladle but..... live & learn.

Sometimes you look for something for months and can’t find what you need and then one day you check online and here it is! Good value! Lightweight and Perfect to get to the juices around a turkey to baste my bird!!
