Good quality and Same as described

I have bought round shaped toilet seat. I was looking for seat which has large hole and finally found that one. It has good quality and more over installation is very simple just use your common sense and you are good to go. So far I am satisfied.

Good replacement seat for the older 20th Century "fat bowl" toilet.

Bought to accomodate a "king-sized" individual who requires a toilet seat with a larger inner diameter "hole" than the usual 8"+ holes found on most standard toilet seat. It also had to mount on a 1960s vintage toilet. This seat does all that. Mounting gear is adjustable to fit the mount hole displacement, and has the simple large nut on the underside. The hassle is in the mounting itself. The top side of the mounting screws are permanently covered to make the seat look "slick" and pretty. So it requires screwing on the nut from the bottom, with the usual difficulty due to the small space between the bowl and the nut. The best case would have been to find a seat that could have been top-mounted; but "the king" is happy with this one, so I quit while I'm ahead.

Great for big guys.

I am 6’3 and around 350. This seat holds up to my weight just fine. It is fairly comfortable. Easy to clean up. It is easy to assemble and install. I do see why they say it can be somewhat easy to take off to clean under. It’s because after you get the screws and hardware in the correct position for the two holes in your toilet bowl. You just have to deal with tightening a nylon nut and beveled washer. I had mine installed in 10 minutes. Took me longer to get my old one off then it did to installed new one after I seen how the screw heads install in the channel slides.

Best price around

Why would anyone want anything but a soft closing lid? It's only a couple of dollars more than a regular lid. But man, it is so worth it. Seems to be quality material. It is easy to install too.

Do not waste your time and money!

Slides all over after installing. No way to prevent that because of the poor hardware design and the gap in hinges! The lid also pokes you in the back because it’s not a solid lid and has that huge lip on it. Really disappointed that it didn’t work, was needing a wider opening. Returning it promptly! Going back to a Mayfair brand that is removable. Even though it says removable it is not!

Not as described ! Do not buy !

Made a prior review, that the description was false. Not quick release, and didn’t fit on bowl correctly, yet would give it a try. As a plumber, the description is completely false, and no directions to install even for me made no sense. I typically wouldn’t return something I actually used in such a manner, yet there is no way I’m losing money on this ! They do not stay in place, bumpers inside do not sit on bowl correctly. The cheap seat that came with the toilet is not as good of a quality plastic, yet still moves less and less issues. Do not waste your money or time dealing with this product !

Zero instructions! Not removable!

This came without instructions. Read the reviews. One guy wrote out what he was able to ascertain and it was helpful. Even do i can't figure out how to get it off to clean. Totally defeats the purpose!

Toilet seat-soft close

I love the soft close feature but can’t gel the bolts tight enough to keep them from letting the seat slip around. I’m going to try with pliers one more time. I dislike when seat slip around on me.
