Look no further for your last grill cover.

I've owned many grill covers. I always end up ripping them because I get impatient trying to put it on properly and slowly, especially in the crap weather we have in Western NY. Whatever they made this out of is perfect for me and hasn't ripped or shown any wear, discoloration, or anything else that I'd expect from something that's been in the elements on my deck for three years. I don't review everything I buy, just the best and worst. This is one of the best.

a little disappointed

I have an Innerflow grill cover for my old grill and it is made out of a VERY HEAVY almost rubber material. It has been out in the sun and rain for 5 years now and shows no signs of wear. I ordered this new 80" Innerflow cover for my new larger grill. It is not of the same heavy material. It is made of a heavy vinyl material like most other quality, brand name, grill covers. A micrometer shows it to be only about .1mm thinner than the old one, but it is a much softer material. Softer may be better but it doesn't feel as tough. It does have the same rubber vent/handles that vent the cover without letting rain in and the nice velcro straps on the ends to snug it down a little. I'm glad I got it and I hope it last as long as my old one. 3 year update 9/2014: Still holding up OK after 3 years in partial shade from the South Texas sun. The metal rings which make it easy to lift and hang up only lasted about 6 months. the nylon straps that held the metal rings failed where they were sewn as if the sewing machine cut the material. Hopefully they've fixed the problem. It can still be lifted by the vents. The material has started to dry a little around the bottom edge and it has started to curl up on itself but it has not cracked or split.

Based upon the reviews I read about this grill cover I ordered it and am really glad I did. I have had numerous other covers over the years that have not lasted nor were easy to put on and take off. One of the most valuable things I have found with this grill cover is that it does not become rigid when it is cold. The fabric remains soft so it is easy to take off and put on in cold weather. I use my grill year around so it is important that I have a cover that remains compliant and doesn't become rigid nor cracks when worked with in the cold. This cover has hand holds that enable me to remove the cover with ease. In addition, their are snaps on either end of the grill that I can put together so the cover stays in place on windy days. The fabric is tough yet has a good finish so I am expecting that I will have years of use out of this cover. Even though it costs a little more it is well worth the price because of the ease of use and durability of the fabric.

I've been searching for a great cover and never found one

We've had our Weber grill for 20 years (in-ground natural gas). The original Weber cover lasted two years before it cracked and fell apart. Since then we've been using cheap $20 covers and replacing them every year. I've been searching for a great cover and never found one. That is until now! This is by far and away the best cover I've ever purchased. To let you know, I shop by reading the negative postings and make my determination from there. Don't let ANY of them dissuade you from buying this cover. Spend the money and you'll be very happy you did!! The cover's construction is the thickest, durable material I've ever felt on any grill cover. Most of them are very skimpy and say they resist fading and cracking, which is nothing more than smoke blowing in the wind. I live in the northeast so we experience severe cold and hot temperatures. Great for testing grill covers. Take my word, you won't buy another grill cover from anyone else, ever!! My guess this cover is going to last a long time. I will reedit this post when its time to purchase a new one. $54! GO FOR IT!!!!!

Fits like a glove only time will tell !!!

Bought 10/1/18; so far so good fit perfectly ( medium size ) make sure you measure your BBQ !!! I’ve tried several covers the water has always came through; so far it rained very hard since I put this cover on n so far no rain water in my drip pan nor my bottom cabinet !!! Time will tell !!! FYI; before I installed this cover I actually put it over my head I wanted to see if I see any day light through their stitching ?? I did see daylight on a few spots and that’s where I think it will eventually leak !!! They say they use a clear seam sealer ?? Again only time will tell will update in a few months !!! Wish me luck !! GD Update as of 1/31/19 this cover still gets 5 stars, still nice & dry inside the bbq; we had heavy rains at this a dozen x’s still dry; no cracks and we had temps as low as 7 degrees in NYC !!! Very happy with this cover !!!!

Fits Yoder YS-640 with comp cart

I purchase a Yoder YS-640 smoker with a competition cart. The OEM cover was $150.00, yikes! I have to take off the smoke stack and front shelf to use this cover but it does a fantastic job of keeping the grill dry. The clips on the buckles are large enough to get a hold of so they are easy to work and the design keeps the cover on in high winds. We will see how it holds up over time but its seems sturdy and well made to me. Checking in after a year, it hasn't faded, cracked, or leaked. It sits outside in direct sunlight every day, not sure what this cover is made of but it is holding up better than I every would have imagined. It has earned a 5 star rating. Checking in again two years, the cover still looks brand new, it’s sits in direct sun light every day. This cover is best one I have ever seen. Checking in Three and one have years and the cover is finally showing its age. It has been outside for its entire life, sun, rain and snow. I will buy it again.

This company makes great covers

*UPDATE*. Now that i've had this cover for over 3 years, I think I can write an honest review. This cover has endured 3 years, including cold Canadian winters. I use the BBQ year round, 3-4 times a week, so it's been covered and uncovered hundreds of times and it still looks as good as the day I bought it. Zero tears, zero fade, the tie-downs are still perfect. Speaking of the tie downs, although the cover is heavy enough I don't fasten them unless i'm expecting wind, I like that they are actual clips as opposed to velcro, so they fasten whether wet or dry, and no matter how much wind, they don't come undone. My only criticism in that due to the ventilated design, it sometimes is prone to getting a little big of water in it, and sometimes when I remove the cover there is water sitting on the side shelves of the BBQ. Not a big deal and I suppose it's worth the upsides that the vents bring...but that's my only complaint. These covers are very well built and I would strongly recommend them based on my experience.

Rain Will Leak!

Durability and Value ratings are pending a Spring review to see how it fared - confidence remains tentative. So far... not super impressed. RAIN WILL LEAK on to your grill - yes, most grills are stainless, but that's not the point - it is a COVER... and leaking rain water means it isn't *covering*. Sent several emails to manufacturer, none were answered. The material is also somewhat harsh on the inside, not like the 25% less expensive "Home Depot" one it is replacing after 10 years of successful life, which was SOFT inside and did NOT leak. Facts. :(

Long Lastong

We have had a Montana cover for many years, and it is checkered looking, but still in great shape for the number of years it has withstood Canadian Winters and Summers. We only bought a new one because our smoker needed a new cover and the old bbq cover looked worn.

Bought my first Montana Grill cover 15+ years ago and finally had to buy a replacement as it was starting to become too thin to keep the sun out. Never tore or broke just degraded in the sun on the top of the grill. The rest of the cover that was out of the direct sun light is still strong and in good shape. Awesome Grill Cover!!!!

I've written a review for this before but here's an update. I live in Ottawa Canada. We just came through a brutal winter - like, stupid. This is without question, the best BBQ cover I've ever owned. Still feels like new. Would I recommend this? Yes. Hell yes. If you're close to buying it, snap out of it and do it. I am a verified buyer.
