Arrived broken

Poor packaging. The product itself is beautiful but it arrived with the handle broken off. Amazon sent a replacement for free but still upsetting to have to go through the hassle of reporting another broken item.

Gold rubbed right off

I have had this pitcher for about 10 minutes. As soon as I took it out of the box I could see that the gold was discolored and then the discolored areas rubbed right off. I am ordering a replacement in hopes that this is a rare one that just got by quality control ???? Unfortunately the 2nd/replacement pitcher (last 2 pics) was is the same condition. Both pitchers arrived dirty, like they were shipped from a warehouse that suffered damage. Bad news.

Came cracked. From the lip to 3/4 down

Not only was it cracked - the guilded bottom was not even and rubbed off
