Minimalistic design & TOP NOTCH customer service

Love this bookshelf! It is such a statement on the wall. Whenever guests come over they always comment on this piece. It is minimalistic and clean. Very easy to install and is sturdy on the wall with the use of wall anchors. Looks more expensive than it was. The only thing that cheapens the look is the screw holes. I wish the product came with something to either cover or hide the holes. I’m thinking of putting a black sticker on the wall underneath the screw hole just so it isn’t obvious. Besides the design, I have to mention how amazing the customer service experience was. The bookshelf came slightly damaged. One of the brackets was slightly bent and there was a little wood stain on one of the shelves. I called their company directly and they were so gracious in either offering me a store credit or a replacement at no extra cost. My replacement arrived within two weeks and the customer service rep, Nathan, even followed up to make sure it got to me. Weeks later, to my surprise, I received a box of Godiva chocolates as an apology gift from the company. What?!!! This is the first review I have ever written for a product but just wanted to share what a great experience it was. They made me feel valued and go the extra mile to make sure things are right. I won’t hesitate to buy from Nathan James again. In fact, I already own the nesting coffee table set and love it! It came perfectly packaged and it is a beautiful piece of furniture that didn’t break the bank. Love this company!! Will definitely buy from them again.

Perfect for Family Room

I got these to hang above the the buffet in my family room. They were easy to put together and hang on the wall. I did it by myself in a couple of hours. For the price they are great quality. Some reviewers have commented that the gold hardware finish is not great but if you wanted a different finish, a $5 can of spray paint would be an easy change. I’m considering ordering a pair of full length ones for my office and painting the hardware rose gold.

Sturdy and Well Made!

I have had this Saved for Later for over a year. I finally bought it and am kicking myself for not getting it sooner! This bookcase is the perfect size, shelves are deep but not too imposing, and this thing is so sturdy and well made! I assembled it myself in about 20 minutes and had my husband hang it. Quick, easy, and made to Last!

Very satisfied with the looks and assembly. The planks could be more sturdily attached to the mounts - they're a bit wobbly. Would certainly buy again, however.

Quality assurance?

Overall I’m pretty happy with this shelf but the condition it arrived in was questionable. The cushion foot pads looked like they had been completely ripped off on one side. Not sure what that’s about but it makes me question if I actually received a “new” product. Thankfully it did come with additional foot pads.

Love it!

We love this shelf! I saw it at a friends house (she used it as a nursery book shelf) and thought it would be perfect for our master water closet. The shelf itself is very large and since this space was smaller we removed one of the shelf layers. My boyfriend is tall so all three shelves made it sit too low since we hung it above the toilet. Removing one shelf was super easy and no one is the wiser! Would purchase again!

Perfect space saver!!

It's super easy to put together, quality construction! Nice heavy wood. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is bc the mounting holes are "keyholes" instead of solid circles like they were on the desk model. This makes mounting perfectly straight to align flush with the desk VERY tricky, and requires two people to install as a result. Why the manufacturing inconsistency?? It was difficult to mount flawlessly, but once you get it in, it's a perfect quality space saver for small spaces. Doesn't feel or look "cheapy". Modern minimalist look and feel.
