Really happy with the results

I've been using this for about 2 months now. I was using it twice a day as directed at first and forgot a few times to either use it at all or one of the twice daily applications, but my skin is still very soft and feels moisturized. I've had a few unsolicited comments about my skin looking nice and youthful, and just the other day I was carded when buying alcohol. I'll be 37 in a couple months, and this cashier has rung me up before a few times when purchasing alcohol and never asked for my ID, so I think the wrinkle reducing is working lol. The bottle does warn that you may have redness or tingling and to reduce the usage while your skin adjusts. I don't have typically sensitive skin and didn't experience any of those side effects. The bottle does go a long way when using a directed - I'm still not even close to needing to buy a new one, but will definitely be doing so when this one runs out!

Attention Regarding Open Seal Missing * Contacted Nueutrogena Customer Care

Ladies, as concerned I was seeing even all the uploaded photos of this product containing no seal and a dollop if it missing, I called direct customer care and was told this product in fact does Not have a seal, and any missing amount is just shaken from shipping - so that was reassuring this product is in fact real. Moisturizing, just received it yesterday so minus one star because I won't see results yet, but have confidence in the research done and recommendation by dermatologist as well on YouTube - good luck !

Good product, but be careful....

This product is good. I read a lot of reviews before purchasing and one if them mentioned to go slow with the application because it causes irritation. I really ignored it because I have never experienced a reaction to any product on my face, until now. I got excited to start using it and I applied in the morning and in night. By the second day I noticed some sensitivity on the side of my eyes but I kept applying the cream, thinking that would mean the cream was working. By the afternoon, all that area was swollen, red and extremely burning! I had a concert that night and had to go looking like a chilli pepper????. It was horrible! I had to stop using it for a week until my skin healed. I started using it again now, but just once a day, and even that way, I still experience sensitivity, sometimes I have to sleep it because I feel the burning sensation. I think the cream is good, but at least in my case, my skin needs time to adapt. I don't know if I will be able to use it every day. Time will tell...

Feels very soft and creamy on skin

I have been using this for a few weeks but honestly don't see much of a difference in removing or plumping fine lines (#11) between my eye brows which is visible. I purchased the brand for sensitive skin and maybe why not seeing results yet. However, my Australian vitamin C serum seems to show noticable slight change after the cream. I have a few oils and I been testing & trying each. I not expecting a complete transformation as aging is a process of life, but we can assist to do it gracefully ☺️. Overall it's feel nice using on slightly damp face as suggested by other posts. If anything changes I will post. What I did notice was my cholesterol small spots shrinking on top on my inner corner of eyes ( along with a q-tip dab of ACV and then dab organic Castor oil on top the three seem to be treating the spots more then my fine lines but still using to see what's working.

this moisturizer must be good; my wife keeps ordering it! It has no scent, as advertised. The packaging is a bit of an exaggeration - jar is about half the size the the package. But can live with that.

I think this works ... retinA for skin blemishes that could become a problem. I've had 3 facial skin cancers. Hyalauric acid for helping skin stay hydrated. Only need a small amount for face and neck.

I feel compelled to write a review about this amazing product. I have only been using it for a little over a week and have been so bowled over by the results. Some deep no11 lines have started to literally disappear, and overall my skin looks younger, quite unbelievable. I would give this product million stars if they existed. Neutrogena is a top brand.

My face is glowing

I bought 2 of this product in March and only started using it on my 38th birthday 2 weeks ago. On the first use i noticed a slight tingling so i started applying it every other day. The smell is not bad;its like dried flowers.... Its been 2weeks now and i can see a huge difference on my face. The little fine lines that had begun to appear around my eyes are not noticeable anymore, my pores are tightened, my face is glowing ...its like i just got a face lift(lol). Im getting compliments from my friends and collegues. I dont regret spending my money However i think when u start using this product, u need to also use a moisturizer during the day because on the first few days i noticed some flaking(dead skin) which i think is proof that the product is working.

The smell is really strong and I can't wear this as a man as it smells like perfume and overwhelms me. Fragrance is known to cause irritation and be generally bad for your system for systemic absorption but the mixed reviews on the scent made me purchase but I now regret it. Shame it is difficult to find the unscented one in the UK. I am male in 30s and I normally use Retin a which doesn't make me as puffy as this cream has done however I am unsure as to whether this cream intentionally plumps skin which may be ideal if you have older skin. Uscented and giving it more time may be the best option for this cream.

Arrived already opened and probably used

First time I buy a product of this kind that is not wrapped, sealed and doesn't even have a protective layer when opening it. It's clearly been opened and probably used already. I'm actually not sure this is an original product. I wouldn't recommend, clearly something wrong with this product, I wished I had read the other reviews before purchasing it. Started the return process after receiving it.
