Broken hardware, No response from seller
I had a contractor install new front doors and this door handle set. It is truly beautiful and just what I wanted. The lock set went on beautifully, but when he went to put the dummy set on, the one bolt hand no threads and the screw wouldn’t catch and the other bolt broke out completely. I get that there are sometimes manufacture defects, but I reached out to get a replacement and have heard nothing back. Finally had to order another set. Chose another seller and this one is going back. Sorry, no communication is no bueno.

I ordered 3 set of them to replace my old one. But until now I haven’t installed yet ????. I like the matte black finish. Well built sturdy material And well packaged. The door handle is very sturdy, the price is very comparable and looks like it costs a lot more than we actually paid! I opened it and checked the box, Everything you need is included. Can’t wait to install and has a new look for my door. I’ll update my review after install them.
