The enclosure is nice. Just not the very large fuzzy spider that hitched a ride in the box

I was really excited that this came for my lizard today. When I opened the box though a large black bit of fuzz dropped out and onto my bed. Imagine my surprise and alarm when it MOVED onto my pillow! I'm not afraid of spiders, so that's not the issue. The issue is I don't think it is native to my area so I can't release it and it's sitting in a critter keeper now. I tried messaging customer support but the ai kept giving me a run-around. So I guess thanks for the new pet?

Can’t hold much substrate

This quality of material is amazing and it is really easy to put together with simple instructions. I love how affordable it is for what you’re getting. However, there isn’t a protective divider so that you can keep the substrate from falling out of the enclosure each time you open the sliding doors. If you have an animal that requires lots of substrate (in our case a ball python to help with humidity) you would have to modify it. We just found something we didn’t have to modify instead.

Not worth the money!

Way smaller than I thought and it leaks water. I’ve tightened everything and it’s still not tight and rattles loudly. Not worth it!

Love these enclosures!

We got a small for our gecko and a medium for our snake. These look so much better than the glass tanks. They're super easy to put together and our snake and gecko are super happy. I would definitely buy these in the future.

Pros and cons, but nice cage (and beats glass IMO)

I got the 24 inch cage - Love the glass doors, very nicely beveled. Cage material insulates well and will withstand moisture no problem. One of the side panels had a gash in it. I used Sugru to fill it, and that took care of that. The inside seams will require aquarium-safe silicone sealant if using a substrate or if you don’t want unrates getting in there. No real litter dam on this cage. I am using paper, so I don’t care. I did seal the seams. Easy to drill a hole for a temperature probe. I used a lamp stand rather than set a dome on the screen top. Note that the inside dimensions of the 24 x 12 cage is just a tad larger than a 10 gal tank. This cage will work for my needs. Update: Got another one to modify a bit. Painted the inside back wall with non-toxic acrylic paint, looks really nice. Used DynaFlex to seal the seams - that stuff is easier to work with than silicone. Working on a frame with plywood top to cover the screened area on top.

Good but could be better.

Overall, I like this little enclosure a lot. Pros: Heavy duty, glass doors are nice and thick, and was pretty easy to put together. Screen top so far seems pretty solid. I hated having to remove heating and lighting and dealing with the locks on the screen top aquarium covers, so the sliding front is awesome. Cons: Came with some damage, did not affect functionality so didn't bother returning. The litter tray is super low so hard to have a decent amount of substrate for my corn snake to burrow. And despite dimensions being larger, the interior dimensions are hardly bigger than a standard 10 gallon. Over all the pros outweigh the cons for me since I hated not having a front opening enclosure but didn't want to put my tiny corn in something too much bigger yet, but they might not for everyone for the price.

Love These

We have 4 Mediums and 2 smalls, these are my go to cage. They are fantastic, easy to clean, easy to maintain humidity and heat. I even used these cages as a model when I built a giant enclosure for our Carpet python. I've never gotten a broken one, they always come with extra screws. They are so easy to assemble. And are very sturdy. They go on sale a lot too.
