Wine Fridge
I was really not aware at first that i need to wait until the fridge reached temp so that I dont hear the compressor. I was super loud when i plugged it but it has reached temp and those noise is gone. The Wine fridge has a large capacity and I love the tray at the bottom. Thanks

Professional Sommelier Approved (Great for the $$)
As someone that works as a sommelier and winemaker, I can safely say if you’re debating this versus others, you can’t go wrong with the Nutrichef. Just buy it... as long as you’re aware of its limitations (red wines only and better if you keep it tucked away). If you’re on the fence or think this fridge is good for everything, read below: I bought this 12 bottle fridge as a supplement to my larger 48 bottle fridge I have (I live in a small-ish flat in a big city and needed to keep certain red wines at a different temperature than the bigger fridge). For the price, it’s fantastic, despite a couple quirks (that may not affect you depending on where it’s kept). KEY POINTS: 1.) Efficiently keeps within a 3-4 degree range of the temperature you set it at (I set it 5 degrees lower than what I want the actual temperature to be at, just to counteract this). Since this is on the lower end of wine fridges and I have the one without the compressor, that is to be expected, especially if where you keep it is a warmer location—my flat is regularly around 72 degrees F. If you’re using this to age reds long term (1+ years), definitely err on the cooler side... Reds should generally be kept around 54-55 degrees. Knowing that the unit isn’t always precise, I set my fridge at 52 in the cooler seasons and 50 in summer since mine doesn’t have a compressor and uses just a fan to cool. 2.) Fairly quiet relative to the context, especially amongst the other noises of a kitchen. However, I keep mine on the bar side of my small apartment kitchen, facing the living room, due to lack of space. If you aren’t sitting right next to it you probably won’t hear it. If if they do an improved version, I suggest to the engineers to add some noise dampening foam or some protector over the fan to shield dust and noise. If I was so inclined, the back seems to be pretty accessible if you wanted to tack on something to dampen the noise but not inhibit the fan’s ventilation... I’ve had louder wine fridges, but also had quieter. 3.) I’ve seen reviews of people complaining about not being able to fit Bordeaux/pinot bottles in the vertical slots, and that is correct; they will fit in the horizontal ones, though. For those with this complaint, know that most higher end wine fridges don’t have vertical slots, because you’re not really supposed to store wine long term this way. Most wine fridges that have the vertical slots do so mostly for whites, but this fridge doesn’t really get cold enough for whites anyway (unless you like them not as chilled), so it’s not a huge concern for my usage, personally. 4.) My biggest and only real gripe is that the blue temperature light on the front can’t be turned off, and really lights up a dark room (I keep this opposite my kitchen facing my living room so it definitely lights up the living room more than you’d expect). If you don’t have light coloured walls or you keep this out of sight it won’t be an issue, but the fact that you can’t turn off the temperature light is frustrating for me. All in all, though, well worth it.

Quiet and holds temperature
Ordered on the 20th and received on the 24th. Can't complain about that! Haven't had it long enough for complete review, but so far, so good. It's quiet and holding the set temperature just fine. Think it will work out great.

Had to order a replacement
First cooler I ordered was defective. Didn't cool down and had motor oil of the back of the wall. Was a little embarrassed when bought this product as a gift and had to go through return then order again process. I guess that happened during shipment. Fridges and alike items should be transported in a vertical position. The box has a very small sign on the bottom which was probably disregarded by the shipping company. Highly recommend to print on the box large sign to avoid these issues in the future and avoid returns.

So far so good. It has very low to no noise, it fit my bigger butt bottles and champagne on the regular racks just fine. It was bigger than expected (but i didn’t measure) and that’s fine it fits in perfectly in the space.

Second time may be the charm
I ordered model PKCWC15 which apparently had a defective panel (according to NutriChef customer service). I was instructed to return the defective cooler through Amazon and order a replacement. The replacement process was efficient. Repackaging the old unit and taking the 50 lb box to UPS was a bit of a challenge but doable. A new cooler is now installed with no problems and am hoping it stays that way. The second unit is much quieter than the first unit. No problems with the panel showing the cooler temperature.

Overall, Happy
I found Nutrichef wine cooler on Amazon. The space I wanted it for is not standard countertop height or depth so it's taken quite some time to find one that I liked, that was a reasonable price, and that had good reviews. The wine cooler was delivered Jan 16/2023, sooner than expected. The packaging seemed a bit iffy, because the straps holding the top of the box to the bottom were very loose, so when lifting the box, the bottom part holding the fridge would drop down and only be held by the plastic straps if not lifted from the bottom of the box. There is a small dent on the corner of the cabinet, which is disappointing, but I've decided that I can live with it as sending for a replacement would be a pain. Otherwise this cooler looks as expected. I will agree with some of the other reviews .. although it is listed to be 15 bottle capacity, only shorter bottles will fit on the top shelf, due ro the fan etc. The handle was a bit of a pain to attach due to the design, as were the leveling feet. The screw on the feet is short so there is not a lot of wiggle room. After setup though, I can say that I am happy with this cooler. So far it seems to be performing as described and I do love the look.

Very sleek modern look
Very happy with my purchase looks sleek and goes great with my wine bar .. great price and easy to assemble just had to put the handle on by pushing back the rubber inside the door .. let it sit for 12 hour or so before you plug it in just because of the shipping and everything moving around... be safe and be patient especially if it's cold outside when u order ..otherwise works great love the blue light my kids use it to store pop inside sometimes when my wine gets low lol

Quiet and responsive
I live in a quiet apartment; you can hear a pin drop when the windows and doors are closed. So I was very happy when I could not hear the chiller. Very easy to install (handle is a little tricky but doable), controls are easy to use, and most bottles seem to fit. Perfect addition!
