I’m not in love

The shirt is definitely tighter than most and does help remind you to have better posture and even seems to help accomplish this. But it is horribly uncomfortable and causes me to sweat. It doesn’t look good either, but that’s fine because it is designed to be an undershirt. If it wasn’t for the discomfort and sweat-inducing nature of the shirt, I would give it 5 stars, but I just simply can’t bring myself to put it on.

This shirt gives my torso a lift

I have been exercising for a little over three months now, and I had been slowly acquiring things along the way to help my workout. This is my latest item, a compression shirt that helps with posture. When I put it on, it definitely squeezed me more than I expected. I thought for a moment it was way too tight, but as I learned to breathe in it, it actually felt more comfortable. Doing my workout, I can feel myself standing taller and more erect, so my movements will have better alignment. I may have felt a slight boost in energy or force, however, I am not completely certain either. But I also did not feel exhausted or winded at the end of my workout. I have no complaints about this shirt and I will certainly wear it when I go to the gym each time as I think it does work and makes my workouts more effective. The quality of the shirt feels very good and well made. The design around the shoulders and the "spine" are a type of rubber I think. It moves with the shirt so it does not seem to constrict the shirt at all, but hold it in place from distorting, I am guessing that is its purpose.

Unlike Any Other Active Wear Shirt I've Ever Worn

I sit at a desk for my job and have developed a bit of a slouch. But I also like exercising, lifting weights, and being active. I like to run. I wanted to give this shirt a try to see if it would help with posture, if it had a good feel, and it could be something I'd wear as a base layer while running or exercising in my home gym. The design will definitely pull your shoulders back. It works as advertised. The active spine system makes you stand a little more upright. I wonder how that might help if I wear it over time while exercising. I gave it a try today, and liked how it felt. The material is also light, which is why I think it works best as a base layer. The material is a little thin, and it is a compression shirt. So, it will contour to your body. Consider that an invitation, or a warning, depending on your outlook and constitution.

Love it！

This t takes a little getting used to but it absolutely supports a healthy posture and back health. It is a mesh shirt that has a rubberized exoskeleton of sorts that does the support work. The shirt is snug and you can feel the support. It fits as expected. It is machine washable. If you need some extra back help, I recommend giving this a go. It is designed to improve your posture while active, this innovative top features ODLO's award-winning Active Spine Technology, incorporating a stabilizing element on the back into an ultra-light and breathable Zeroweight Eyelet mesh first layer. With its body-mapped compression and elasticity zones, the top works to support the spine and pull back the shoulders, reducing slouching. Great product

Wow, this shirt feels like you're wearing a very comfortable posture correcting brace. The technology is very impressive and seems to pull your shoulders back. It's comfy and unnoticeable but feels so good. Highly recommend

Definitely Works! Love it but not the most attractive shirt

I immediately felt this Odlo Men's Active Spine 2.0 Light T-Shirt working. I try to pay attention to my posture through the day or especially while working out, but its not easy or doesn't stay top of mind. This shirt definitely works! It helps with my posture which in turn makes me feel so much better and reduces my muscle fatigue. The shirt is typical compression material. For me, I typically wear an XL but ordered the Large - it's tight especially in the arms, so I should have kept with the XL. But the shirt is not overly attractive - it looks a bit odd. I realize that it's hard to find things that improve posture that look fabulous, right? I don't plan to wear as a stand alone workout shirt - I'll wear at home or wear another shirt over it. The benefits of the improved posture and way it makes me feel make it a keeper!
