Not impressed

Having sworn off anything which isn’t supremely comfortable, I’ve been searching for the perfect bralette. This isn’t it! I am a 30-32ish C1/2…(C cups are too small, D cups too large). 56 years old, breastfed 2 kiddies for two years…the boobies look “ok”, but they aren’t what they were at 25. Volume at the bottom, scooping at the top, some side boob. Purchased this bralette in a size Medium, based on reviews. The cotton is nice and soft, and the Heather Gray color just looks cozy. I was super suprised at how flat the “cups” are. This looks like the triagle bra my flat chested self begged my Mom for in 1979. There is ruching inside and weirdly a pocket for padding (not included). On my body, this bralette is too large around the band, the “wings” are too narrow to contain any side flesh (I am 5’5 and weigh 132, there isn’t THAT much side flesh) so lots of spillage, and the flat cups just create this sort of “uni-boob” look. I wore the bra for a full day and took my shirt off in front of the mirror before bed. I actually laughed out loud as the bra had formed my chest into a tube. Pretty silly looking. I supposed it was comfortable enough, but I couldn’t wear this with anything form fitting as the shape is ridiculous. I’ll wear it with baggy sweaters. When I saw a Peruvian cotton bralette, I was prepared to replace all of my bras with these. NOPE! Fortunately, the Amazon price was 1/2 of what Macy’s charges.

Good T-shirt bra. There's an opening to the left and right sides of the bra if you want to add extra padding. The band is 24.25 inches un stretched for the size medium. Thin 94% cotton and 6% spandex bra.

I wear a 38D and have other on gossamer bras in a large, but this is definitely smaller; too bad they don’t make it in XL

Ongossamer product for real

I was worried it would be a knock off or I'd be scammed but it is truly the ongossamer cabana bralette and the pink is super cute in real life I was worried it would be too dark of a pink for my liking since I tend to go for pastel softer colours but no I really love this pink
