Great pack with minor flaws
I really love this pack! I bought it as both my mountain biking and every day carry pack. Initially I was worried it might be a little small, but I was very wrong! This pack really maximizes the given space and gives you a ton of different storage options. It’s comfortable even Full of water and contours nicely to my body. Downsides are small. I really don’t like their attempt at attaching the drinking hose/mouth piece across the chest magnetically. I’m a small framed man, but when I tried to use the magnet ut would pop off immediately when I opened my chest/stretched my shoulders. Didn’t work for riding and just flopped around. I ended up threading it through the chest strap on the right side. Also the fabric on the inside of the hip straps in kind of flimsy. It got really torn up just rubbing on the stupid little pocket buttons on my jeans. Otherwise, great pack! A little pricey but worth it imo

Great for cycling
I had an old camelbak and I needed an upgrade. Damn this bag is nice and holds all my gear I need for a ride. I'm the mule of the group and I carry a lot of stuff just incase something happens on the ride. Still getting use to all the storage and pockets but the pack is wonderful.

I love this pack so much more than I expected.
My old old Dakine RPM 15L small-hike/day pack was falling apart so I just stopped using it and started using the next smallest pack I had - a Kestral 36, so I finally had to get a new smaller pack, but all the small hiking packs are too much like school backpacks - but the cycling packs are perfect. I tweaked a few things: removed the helmet attachment, and removed the fold-out tool "bag" (replaced with 3rd party rain cover) - it's cool and maybe I'll find a use for it besides bike tools. It still fits everything I need - even for a 16mi hike up in Big Bear, CA.

Great pack. Stays snug on the back. Go light on the bite valve though.
This pack is great. I ride 2 - 3 times a week in the desert. I drink a lot of water. The pack has held up really well over the last year. The water tastes great and when cold helps keep me cool. It does make for a sweaty back though, so keep that in mind (but that’s all backpacks... this one actually feels pretty breezy, but you still sweat). It stays nice and snug when rolling up and over stuff, riding off drops and even shooting gnarly gaps (like I’d know). Truth is I have felt a slight lift on my back when jumping, but for me it’s barely noticeable and hasn’t had any impact on my ability to not crash. Only complaint I have is that the bite valve on the end of the drinking tube has sprung a slight leak. Not sure if that’s my fault or build quality, but I’d expect it to last longer given I don’t think I bite down hard at all when drinking and osprey is known for quality.. the valve doesn’t seem like it can just be replaced so I may have to buy an all new bladder. Ugh.

Love the pack
Love the pack. Fits all my gear nicely. Rides well and everything is easy to get to. The only part I'm a bit frustrated with is the bladder. It came with a puncture and leaking. I would normally send it back but I like the pack and don't want to have to re order it for a faulty bladder. I attempted to contact customer service for this but the only option was a full return. I have since ordered another bladder. Still giving it a good review because the pack is the important part here imo.

Bad fit for me
To be fair, this could be a 5 star pack for you, given that the way this fits one's body will be very subjective. I did not buy this pack to use for biking, so my preliminary review is based strictly on putting it on to see how it feels for backpacking. I also bought the Osprey Talon 22 to compare to. I really wanted to like this one better, as it was closer to the small size I was looking for. Unfortunately, this pack was very uncomfortable in comparison. My shoulder blades rub on the edge of the narrow padding, and the shoulder straps do not sit flat over my shoulders. Perhaps both of these things are a non-issue in a biking position. The quality appears to be excellent. For those wondering, I am 6' tall and 180 lbs.

Definitely worth it. Great price.
Much more impressive in real life than in the photos. It’s a pretty awesome bag. A little smaller than the photos can show but plenty of storage. Very well made by the looks of it and nice colour on the inside (light blue). Ventilation looks really good too.

Awesome MTB hydration pack!
Awesome mtb back pack as always from Osprey. Loads of pockets inner and outer for storage of all your gear you could need for a long ride out and the tool roll at the bottom is just genius.
