Touchscreen Glitchy

Got a replacement blender and it had the same issue with the touchscreen. Have to touch 5,8,10 times sometimes before it activates. Tried touching at different angles, pressures, time held, nothing worked. Going for a refund.

Touchpad problems

The touchpad buttons take a few presses usually and are not very responsive. That's my only complaint. Aside from that it's a good blender.

Powerful but noisy, minimal instructions for use

On the basics of what a blender should do, this Oster is quite good, if noisy. However, the controls are a bit confusing and there's little in the way of instructions on how to use them. "Easy to clean" gets a middling rating because I can't find any information as to the advisability of putting the non-electric parts in a dishwasher. All in, the blender is a good value but could so easily be better.

Good if

The one you get the first time functions. I got a great one the second time but the first one leaked no matter what I did. Basing on the 1st would have been 1 star basing on the 2nd I've given 4 stars because it's a great blender. It's handled everything I've thrown at it.

Mostly good

The Oster blender 2143023 has a good operating system, however the connecting system is less than adequate. Once the rubber gasket got caught with a slight misalignment and liquid escaped and leaked all over the kitchen counter. There are no easy way to ensure that the connection is tight while the bottom and glass appear well connected. It is unfortunate that this good machine has a bad joining method I am returning the machine

Se ve muy bien en cualquier cocina, funciona bien, el único inconveniente es que al ser touch, a veces no detecta tu dedo a la primera, pero fuera de eso, muy bien.
