Works well

Works as advertised. There is left over coffee at the bottom after pour, but it seems this residue is an undesired part of the pour & maybe expected. If you manage to get it out, it tastes extremely weak, so...

Large Capacity

Had a great coffee press from IKEA that I broke & needed a replacement. This coffee press is a bit larger than I anticipated but I’m pleased overall. It also comes with two replacement screens. It keeps the grinds out. I do wish you could remove the glass carafe from the base -maybe you can- but I don’t want to possibly damage it. I’m no coffee expert, but it works for my purposes.

Pretty, little press

I purchased this 20 ounce press because it is the perfect size for one person as I generally only drink one cup a day and put the remainder in the frig to ice. The press itself is very pretty and well priced, although the copper colored material feels a bit plastic vs metal on the top of the press. The glass carafe seems sturdy and the other pieces are ok for the price. Not sure how long it might hold up, but as I probably won't use it daily it's fine for me as I also make cold brew that lasts several days. My primary complaint with this product is that the cap at the top which you use to screw the screen and other pieces off to wash or replace doesn't really work. You can tighten it to put the workings back on, but to unscrew to take off you have to also have a hold on the rod between the cap and the workings. Otherwise the cap will come off by itself and you'll have to screw it back on. Not a major problem, but something to consider when purchasing. If I hadn't already used the product twice and liked the style of it so much I might have returned. But it's good enough for my needs.

Just right for the price!

So far the sturdiness of this press is holding up. The screen does a fantastic job of filtering out any unwanted grounds. I don’t drink coffee, but rather utilize this press to drink Cacao bean nibs, and Yerba Mate. It works way better than I anticipated!! The only complaint I have, is of mine own mistake. This size press is difficult to clean out with a sponge as my hand is too big. That is a mistake I made by purchasing a smaller size press, and is not any fault of the manufacturer. I believe I read that it came with an additional filter screen, but mine did not. I’m confident that the seller or manufacturer will rectify this issue. If not, I will update this review. This product has exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. Since I put boiling water in this press, I assume it would be dishwasher safe. However, since I use it a few times throughout the day, I just wash it by hand in the sink. I HIGHLY recommend this product, just maybe purchase a larger size to facilitate washing with a sponge or rag. Enjoy!!

Great for up to 2-3 people

This has been a great French press for me and my husband. I drink 2 good sized cups and he takes a thermos and it makes plenty for us. I also really like the design and it's been easy to clean. It also came with 2 extra filter/screens for the press.

Works very well

I use this pot for brewing tea and it does a very good job. It is easy to use and clean. A very good buy. Oh yeah, I assume that one could also brew coffee in it, as well.
