Better than wire frames

Tired of wire frames breaking and I wanted to get away from those little nose cushions which irritated my skin and broke easily. I work in emergency services and needed something sturdier. I choose these glasses because of the wider nose opening 18 mm vs. 17 mm, integrated nose holders, and thick frames. Have owned for two weeks and am very happy with my choice. Am going to order another pair for backup.

These used to be AWESOME, but…

This is my 5th pair of Peepers Clark Square glasses. To this point, they hv all been great. Sturdy, comfortable, and affordable. However, the last pair I purchased came with new frames which are thin, flimsy, and at the same time squeeze my temples to the point of migraine. I note that the old “Awesome” frames were “made in China”, where theses newer “Craptastic” frames are “made in Taiwan”. Happy to support the people of Taiwan, but please bring back the old frames or these may be my last pair of Peepers.

Quality is SUPERBE

I buy these because they are substantially built. They absorb the abuse of everyday life. They are always there when I need them, in one piece. Most readers I have used break, I can't find one of the lenses that popped out, one of the arm screws is in the bottom of my pocket, not my peeps. One word = RELIABLE
