Very Sturdy

Purchased this for our largest cat. It is sturdy enough for my son to sit on.

Finally, my cats can chirp at squirrels in comfort and style

I don't usually leave reviews for anything, but I feel obligated to with this piece. My cats love to nature watch and sunbathe by the French doors to the backyard. Because the windows are a few inches up, that meant they were alternating between sitting up and laying down. Well, NO MORE. It took two seconds to screw in the legs and slap on the pillow, and now they practically live on this bed. Both the frame and the pillow are very sturdy, which is great for those of us with more rambunctious kitties. The pillow also doesn't cling to loose fur - I can just swipe my hand across it to clean all the hair off. I don't understand why some people complain about the pillow being stiff. Cats will literally sprawl out on concrete; I don't think they'll mind a firm bed. One last item of note: If you have a multi-cat home like me, or just one very large chubster, my tabby is 6.5 lbs and my Siamese is 13 lbs, and they can comfortably lay on the bed together.

Perfect for low windows and chonky kitty

Living room window is his favorite but it's so low to the ground finding him a seat was turning out to be difficult. Found this one and based on the reviews I decided to give it a chance. Our kitty is a chunky 14lbs living his best life since adopting us and moving in a year ago. It's only the first Day and the pictures clearly show he fits comfortably on it and it's literally perfect size for the window. The color is also nice. I have only good things to say about this one. Well worth it

My cats love it under the long window

Cats love it... shoulda ordered two of them. We have long windows so it fits right up under it. Even my dog sits on it and sleeps. Good purchase!

Good quaIty

Have a 2nd-story window, which sits a few inches from floor, and is one of my cat’s fav places to lay but she’s unable to see outside unless she’s sitting upright. This lounger is just the right height for her to lay and watch the birds and sunbathe. For added comfort, I placed a fluffy bedding topper on top of the cushion, along w/her fav blanket. She loves it! This lounger fits in nicely with my home decor, is modern/chic vs. traditional cat furniture, which was exactly what I was looking for. The lounger was super easy to assemble and the pad has Velcro strips on the bottom, which secure it to the base. It also came with rubber pads to place under each leg to protect your floor/prevent slippage. Would’ve preferred a matte finish vs. laquer. Overall it’s a nice, sturdy bed.

Great Design

Super cute and the perfect height for my cat to lounge next to his favorite window. The cushion is firm and looks like it will hold up well. However, there were not any Velcro strips included (as indicated in the description) to keep the cushion in place... and this quickly becomes a huge problem when the cat jumps up and down causing the cushion to slide around. It's a really easy fix if you happen to have Velcro on hand. If not, it will be annoying to have to purchase it separately. Also, the lounger itself, while well constructed, is cheap laminated particle "wood" that may not hold up for an extended period of time. But I love the modern design and the cat seems happy so overall, it was a good buy.

Cats love this

My cats love this. Our windows are low to the floor so they can nap and look out the window. It's big enough for a full grown, slightly pudgy, feline who takes advantage of sleeping all day. The cat bed is sturdy and goes nicely with the living room decor. It was easy to assemble as it comes in two main pieces, the base and the pad, then you screw in the legs.
