Essential for the Pet Loo

I was a bit skeptical at first about whether or not this would eliminate the smell from the Pet Loo. It gets pretty funky pretty quick, and I wasn't convinced anything would remove it. Boy was I wrong. Pet Safe Wee Care spray eliminated the smell in just 10 minutes! Spray it on heavy, let it sit for 10 minutes, rinse the Loo in warm/hot water, and hang it to dry. You literally cannot smell anything after the 10 minute wait. I am so impressed! This will help me keep my Pet Loo fresh for many "outside" visits to come for my puppy.

The box smells better as far as enzyme haven't noticable difference.. feel like I could just use frebreeze

I'm so glad I got this. I recently had to move to an indoor system for my mini weenie due to a literal swarm of mosquitos on our patio. I brought some of her faux grass from the patio inside and bought a crate tray. The smell was awfull and made my allergies worse. I used this spray and let it sit for about 5 mintues or so and rinsed it. It made a little bit of a sud. No smell that night and no smell in the morning. Within a couple days the smell in my apartment has almost dissipated if not entirely. I think it will last a long time as I plan to use a couple times a week. I also got the large loo and so far loving that too.

Loose lid

I’ve been using this stuff for a few months and I love it, but my last batch arrived with a loose lid that had spilled about 1/3 of the liquid. The company doesn’t do returns and when I try to request a replacement I just get taken in a circle on amazon. So I’m writing a review, the stuff is great works well and is safe for pets. But I paid for a full bottle and received a partially empty bottle and a soaked cardboard box with no means to correct it.

Good product

Works well in cleaning and covering odor on the artificial grass we use for my dog. Had a small issue with missing piece when received but customer service replied immediately and fixed it. I would recommend

No nozzle spray (which was advertised in the photos)

False advertising. As others have mentioned, this item did not come with a spray nozzle. I have not tried the actual product yet, just got it today, but I’m sure the spray nozzle would have made it easier to use, so I gave it a 1 star in that category. I know that I can go buy an empty spray bottle with the nozzle, but the spray nozzle was advertised in this listing. So now I have to go out of my way to spend more money on a nozzle that was already supposed to come with this purchase. Inconvenient. If the actual product is good, I will come back and give it 3 stars, but off first impression, it’s 2 stars. I’m sorry to have to give a negative review, but I hope it’s taken in a way to make sure the nozzle is not left out of shipment for future customers. If you no longer ship the spray nozzle, please update your photos so that you will receive higher ratings and more reviews on the actual product it self.

Not sure

I love the idea of the product and knowing that it safe for dogs. But I just don’t know if it working. I have tired the soaking and then rinsing. Rising then spraying on then letting it sit. And I just can’t tell if it actually cleaning. Like I still smell a little bit of potty odor. I also wish it was scented because I feel like it would help me in thinking that it actually clean.

It works!!!

I used this as directed, for a outdoor potty system. It does what it says, and does not leave behind a strong scent. My two Chi's aren't bothered by it, no change in the use of their raised potty system after I used this. I would purchase again.

Fantastic!

This stuff is great. I use it on the PetSafe Pet Loo indoor potty system, and it works really well. The grass has held up great so far despite continuous use for over 6 months now. It gets rid of the smell, and neutralizes the acidic of the urine. Years ago my friends daughter had an accident on my couch and while it had been cleaned at the time, I used this and the cushions were noticeably refreshed! I highly recommend this product for pet or baby accidents, it works great. It is very smelly though, it’s on the level of oven cleaner so be sure you have a well ventilated area when you use it and ideally a face mask.

NO SPRAY NOZZLE included ...very dissappointing and the picture misrepresents the product

There was NO spray nozzle included so it makes it hard to use this product. I still tried to use it but its awkward without being able to spray it. Not sure it made much of a difference in the odour though. I shall try it again.. but so far not impressed.

Not a requirement in my opinion

I’ve used this a few times now for my PetLoo and I’m not quite sure if it’s making a difference in the scent. Mind you, I haven’t had any issues of rancid smells from the potty yet, but I’ve cleaned it about 5 times in 2.5 weeks and only used this cleaner two of those times. I seem to be having the same success with just a warm water rinse so probably wouldn’t buy again.

Super easy to clean my balcony with this product

Right now with Covid, and before, sometimes my PomChi would have to pee or poo on the balcony when I couldn't get him outside. Now with this excellent spray, no problemo,,,spray, wait 10 minutes and then flush with warm water...all done.
