Kept him occupied longer than most puzzles
My cat has been playing with food puzzles since he was a kitten. He figures out most of them quickly, and treats them with thinly disguised contempt. I did everything I could to make this puzzle more difficult, including “locking” the wheel with the little blue tabs. It kept him occupied for a little while. Maybe he’s just had too much experience. So four stars, better than most.

Get it
If your cats are treat motivated I highly recommend. My cats love this cloud treat puzzle. They make me follow them to it at random every day until I refill it.

Savannah Cat loves it!
Have used other cat puzzles and this one has been the most engaging so far! It becomes the highlight of my savannah cat's day when I fill it up. I like how there's three levels of difficulty for him. The tear drops are an easy win for him. Just started throwing smaller treats into the "buttons" and so he's slowly learning how to move those to the edges to release the treat! and when he's really hyped up, he'll work really hard to move the wheel for the big treats! Pepper has pretty bad separation anxiety. This helps keep his bright mind occupied throughout the day!

Hard to Clean
It does what it is advertised to do. Only one of my two cats was able to figure it out, but I'm not that surprised. (The other one isn't the smartest. Lol) my main complaint is how hard it is to clean. My cat is using her paws, nose, and tongue to get the treats out. After each use, it's covered in cat hair and treat crumbs, so I HAVE to clean it. This would not be an issue if the toy's material wasn't porous or if the design had so many small pieces. I like that the toy is made from "green-ish" materials but it degrades fairly quickly, even without using harsh cleaners. (I use a diluted isopropyl alcohol solution and paper towels to clean it.) I wouldn't be as salty by the material's longevity if I didn't have to take it apart to clean it. You have to unscrew 11 screws (the ones that produce tiny metal shavings when you unscrew them) to reach the undersides of the moving pieces. In the year or so that I've owned it, I've only used it a handful of times because of the time it takes to clean! Today I dusted it off and removed the giant center piece to hopefully get more use out of it. It should be slightly easier to clean now, but the material is getting rough and I don't want to clean it again. TLDR: It works well (if your cat is smart), but the upkeep required and overall longevity makes me avoid using it. ???? Side note: There is an upside to its ability to be completely disassembled. It allows you to "customize" the placement of the pieces, and makes it slightly easier to clean.

I don’t love it
I have three cats with different levels of curiosity and different love of treats. I’ve had this now for over a month and we just don’t love it. It definitely requires some training for cat to understand. It’s sort of complicated. One of my cats gave up caring. Another cat doesn’t really want to socialize when snacking so she was put off by my showing her. And when I didn’t show her she gave up to. My third is voracious and naughty. This was good for him. Maybe I’m a dummy but it wasn’t so easy for me to figure how to set it all up. If you have ocd like I do, it’s a little too random. I think I was hoping for more of a 1+1=2. This is more like 1+x=2 if you know what I mean.

Noel LOVES This
The media could not be loaded. Noel is an indoor/outdoor cat so I didn't think he would quickly take to this. He never used or seen a cat puzzle before. I purchased the now difficult one because he is already comprehensive. He immediately took to it and had cleared out most of the puzzle overnight. The cuddles I received afterwards were amazing.

Good product but to simple for my cat.
I love the product but it's a bit to simple for my cat. However it's definitely durable and sturdy. Definitely worth a try for the price.

Toy
The media could not be loaded. Even on advanced setting toy is rather simple for cat, but he loves it.

My smart cat absolutely loves this puzzle toy!
The media could not be loaded. My tortoiseshell cat Purdy absolutely loves this puzzle toy — she’s super smart so she learnt how to do it very quickly but because it still requires a bit of force & dexterity she doesn’t get through it too fast. She gets so excited when I take it out ???? & I love that it gives her a bit of extra mental stimulation. Also, I love the cloud design; the colours are really pretty & they just so happen to match my new kitchen perfectly. I have a ragdoll too however, but I didn’t buy this for him as I knew it would be a bit too challenging as he’s well…. let’s just say….. not exactly the smartest or most patient cat ????‍♀️. Regardless, I still let him try it, but he got so frustrated that he just kept trying to rip the pieces off with his teeth????. He definitely needs one of the less advanced puzzles! So if your cat is a little bit simple like my ragdoll then I probably wouldn’t go for the rainy day puzzle.

Too basic & simple for my cat - the Dog toy the Tornado is better for her
I've one clever cat - but other not so clever to put it politely! I found this toy really disappointing as not only not challenging enough but also not as good quality as the dog toy I previously bought for them. I wish there were some of the dog type "bones" in it as well to add to its interest. It is fiddlier but this does not seem to add to its appeal. My cats claws get stuck on the rim round the edge of the holes if she tries to fish biscuits out (as another reviewer says) -which seemed to make them a bit sore. The best toy I've found for my cats is the dog toy (same brand) called Tornado - that is a chunkier, better build, with no rims for claws to get caught on, much easier to clean & has multi- level spinning wheels locked with dog bone pieces. They can both play with this dog toy & thoroughly enjoy it. I wanted to challenge the cleverer cat more- but I have have yet to find the right toy. Suggestions welcome!

Not challenging enough for my puzzle-fiend cats!
I have two elderly Siamese girls, and they have been using puzzle feeders for about three years now. We've used loads of puzzle feeders! The feeders keep my girls amused, and stop Maisie guzzling all her food in one go, which is very important as if she eats too much too soon it all bounces out of her again, which none of us are keen on. I had high hopes that this one would present more of a challenge to her, as she's not had one like it before. But she worked out most of it within about two minutes of me putting it down, and now on Day Three of using this feeder she can empty it out within about five minutes. All except for the big circular bit which has to be turned to reveal some of the hidden food. She does use that bit, but not much, I think because she's so stuffed with the rest of the food that she's uncovered! I'm not sure I'll keep it as it wasn't the best feeder, and has proved far too easy for Maisie. But if your cat isn't very experienced with feeders like this, it is definitely worth trying.

Keeps kitty occupied!
Our little girl loves this and worked it out very quickly. The boys? Well, one has worked out what to do after observing our little girl, but the others can't be bothered. It all depends on kitty personality: for our girl, it's an excellent toy (and a way she can store biscuits the boys won't be able to eat!!) The only one - tiny - downside is that one of the tear-drop covers often slips underneath the larger rotating disc so makes it harder to turn. Apart from that, though, if you have a bright and curious kitty, it's a good way to pique their interest and give them a bit of a puzzle whilst finding biscuits. It seems pretty durable - we've only had it a couple of months, so it's showing no signs of wear yet and all the slidy-rotaty elements do what they're supposed to.

My cats have limited intelligence
This is well made, even my most brutish cat hasn't wrecked it yet, although a couple of the sliders are starting to bend. They keep going back and sitting by it, which is a good sign, everything else they get bored of after a day. They are fine with the clear sliders, they've pretty much figured out the moving elements, but the large wheel completely confounds them. As soon as the treats are covered and hidden, they no longer exist to them.
