The faucet is great. The sink drain kit has some issues.
It's a beautiful faucet, and very easy to install. But the sink drain was missing an important washer, and was not easy to install -- or the I structions were inadequate. The missing washer was to seal the flange to the sink, but it was missing and almost impossible to find. This drain assembly is made by Keeney, and the identical thing is for sale at Lowe's for $20, but I'm not going to pay $20 for a rubber washer. And they don't sell a replacement washer. So I had to "make" one. Not easy. The other problem is that the tailpiece really seems to be made for vessel sinks. The weep holes designed to let water from the overflow area drain away are too shallow. So for a "normal" undermount sink, you always have a significant amount of water sitting in the overflow area because it can't drain. And because you are specifically told _not_ to use plumbers putty, eventually that water seeps through the bottom washer and down in the vanity or floor. I drilled a couple of holes in the tailpiece at the bottom of the overflow area to let the water drain away, _and_ I used Teflon tape around the threads of the tailpiece. Problem solved, but all this caused a lot of extra time to be wasted, when this should be a simple job. I really should have sent all this stuff back, but once I had the faucet installed, I didn't want to start over.

No flexible lines
Connection to hot and cold are different than any have installed. Didn't reach because no flexible faucet lines. Had extra from another install, but may need to buy faucet lines otherwise. Weird attachment under sink and still have to tighten every few days..unsure if need special tool...will see.

Great looking faucet
This product has a real modern styled look. I think I am going to change all my other faucets - little changes make your space appear to be so much more updated.

Missing parts.
Really disappointed that it is missing a part I needed to install. Only got one when two were needed. Will have to search hardware stores for the part. I wanted the optional deck plate, called the number in the directions to receive one but didn't get email with tracking info so hopefully its on its way.

No deck plate available
I understand that the deck plate is an option but try and find one. Calling the manufacture only resulted in you have to buy the optional deck plate at a store but Amazon, big box stores and plumbing supply stores don't have it a can't get it. Unfortunately the three I purchased will have to go back and I will look for a different one since my sinks have three holes. Otherwise it looks great and I am sure it would function great but please don't say the deck plate is optional and give a phone number to call to purchase if that is not really an option.

Exactly what I was looking for
These were exactly what I was looking for to match the fixtures already in the home when we added another bathroom. came packaged very well, had easy to follow installation instructions and works very smooth.
