Great chair and quality!

My daughter loves this high chair! We have the other one that snaps onto a chair at her grandmother’s house but she seems to prefer this one more! Very very easy to clean. Just be very careful when putting the top on when your child is in it…. I pinched her little leg ONCE and made sure to never make that mistake again! Overall we are very happy with this product!

Wrap around tray is key

Way less food on the floor with the wrap around tray. I cannot emphasize this enough. Between that and it being so easy to wipe there is so much less cleanup. Only annoying thing is that you can’t set the tray down flat because it is on a post. I dug out a odd heavy vase and use it as a tray holder- problem solved.

Poor design, broke within 1 year and they will not honor warranty

Very poor design. The plastic is very thin on the tray where it latches onto the chair, any weight from your child will cause it to crack as they lean forward on the tray. I attempted to get the tray replaced under the 1 year warranty with my receipt and they denied it stating it had been “damaged during use.” What is the point of a 1 year warranty if they do not honor it? So now I am stuck paying the $30 for a replacement tray from them because it is not safe for my child to sit in. I purchased my chair from this exact Amazon link, save yourself the money and buy a better chair.

Not WHITE, Yellowish OLD color

I ordered two white, identical high chairs the same day thru Amazon. When the boxes arrived I noticed one tray was more of a yellowish color, the color that comes with something being used and old. It took forever for the customer service rep from Phil & Teds to email back and when she did reply she dismissed our issue and just said it didnt affect the normal use of the product. I tried to explain that even though it didnt "affect" the use of the product I ordered two, new WHITE high chairs that I use right next to one another (have twins) and I could mail the tray back to get a replacement. The rep kept claiming this was not a product defect and couldnt offer a replacement. Im speechless...

High chair shipped to us with defective part

Item was defective. The central pillar which holds the tray has two snapping tabs which are supposed to snap in to hold it firmly in place. Because this piece was not machined correctly it was impossible to get the tabs to snap into place. When we got the highchair it looked like the box had already been opened, which might mean it was already sent back by somebody else because of this defect and Amazon, rather than replacing the defective part, simply shipped it out again to another unsuspecting customer. Pretty bad!! The overall construction of this highchair was mediocre even without this showstopper problem.
